Update on status:
- We submitted case to Interpol
- Local Court issued Court order
- We translated Cour Order in Chinese (as here is headquarters of Frewallet)
- We sent documentation to Freewallet and waiting on their response now.

This accusing member didnt post again. Appreciation of a ticket doesnt mean the money was returned.
I don't want to defend them, but the user is never active again after posting the accusation just like the other victim with 170 ETH issue. Usually many newbies are like this, when they faced an issue they will do anything to get their funds back, but when they already get it... they forgot to update the accusations. At least we already know how to choose the real wallet and not fall into their scam wallet. Hi, yes. So currently we are following Freewallet Terms of processing of requests and will send Court order to address: Wallet Services Limited Suite A, 21/F, Eton building, 288 Des Voeux Central, Hong Kong (hereinafter “Address for correspondence”). It was a phishing attack. Google search -> kraken, and they copied Kraken.com website.
We are in contact with Freewallet.org and with international authorities. Lets see how it goes, I have high hopes to get it back.

Tokens.net support has given you instructions (more than once) via ticketing system and also via e-mail how to proceed in this case. We do not solve this kind of issue(s) on public channels like Telegram or Bitcointalk.

Yes, both Ledger and Trezor hardware wallets work well with MyEtherWallet for DTR storage and transactions. |

What other platforms is this going to be available on? I see that it is live on livecoin, but where else?
We're not focused on adding DTR to many exchanges as we are building our own, superior exchange, where DTR will be primarily traded. Larger exchanges are charging tremendous fees for token listing these days, even when they make money from trading volume. We're not planning to burn our investors' money on that. |

Hello,
I sent you the Tx-ID via pm. Eth price was 326+-1 for the entire time between me making the transaction and receiving the email. Network fee is deducted from remaining wallet balance, not from transfer amount.
Please check it. 0.01USD per DTR is what I signet up for. I paid more than 5% more, that is unacceptable.
