Freewallet.org is SCAM !! DO NOT USE THIS WALLET !![Solved]

SCAMMMM!!!!!

I AM IN THE EXACT SAME SHITTY LOOP AS DESCRIBED ABOVE! FREEWALLET HAS BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT FROM ANY TRANSACTIONS. I CANT USE THE ELECTRUM OPTION BECAUSE IT ONLY ALOWS THE PHRASE EXPORTING IF YOU HAVE BITCOIN, AND I HAVE XYO. MY ACCOUNT WILL NOT ALLOW EXCHANGES EITHER! I HAVE LOST 15,000 BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN UBABLE TO MAKE A TRANSACTION!!!

Have you used this wallet, sir? How did you get to this wallet page? Does anyone suggest you, or through advertising ads that appear in articles?

Thanks for your advice sir. How do you know that your wallet is fake? The main characteristics before determining the wallet we will use.

1.  Just search "freewallet scam" on the forum's search button. You will see dozens of scam accusations against them. No genuine wallet service has that much scam accusations and complaints

2.  Always avoid web wallets -  Free wallet is that type of wallet

3. Avoid wallets that do not give you an option to back up your funds through Private keys or seeds (Freewallet is a custodial wallet which will never allow you to back up your funds)

The site seems to be offline, How did they scam you? Log in, password and email?

It was a phishing attack. Google search -> kraken, and they copied Kraken.com website.

We are in contact with Freewallet.org and with international authorities. Lets see how it goes, I have high hopes to get it back.

On what basis do you still hope that you will get those funds back? You should read this thread to know about the reputation of this wallet, because you will get a lot of complaints against them. And the amount of funds you are talking about, I did not know that such a huge amount of funds can be hold in a web wallet.

On the other hand, since you have been the victim of a phishing website through Google search, I do not know how likely it is to get this fund back.

They solve the problem if keeping the money starts to look too dangerous. Their tactics is blocking the money with a fake motive like verification. Reject documents sent with lies and expect the scammed user wont go to the police. Several days have passed. Did they return your money?

I am giving you the benefit of doubt and removed the reference to this case from my post. Waiting for the resolution of welburn1485 case. My opinion about you and your business stands. Allows anonymous accounts and then blocks them to see if the users refuse to send documents to keep their money. Opportunistic scammer.

it could be better to make a new thread also use a real wallet where you can own your secret key
