im sorry but i cant help i, I must buy bitbase and credence coin, these coins are just too cheap and are designed to appreciate with time.
don't do transaction at bitbase at the moment let them finish what they have to. go to coinexchange and trade there for the time being it's the best option. I came up on a lot of extra NOM NOM NOM. |

Hello guys! I have bought some coins till now,no problems with withdrwals or deposits,but today I put some 30$ in BTC on the platform and when I did the exchange with BTBc ,a message appeared said "bitbase will refresh the page"(or something like that),so I pressed OK,it refreshed and I had neither my BTC or my BTBc tokens. I send a message to the support team,but I`m not hoping they will respond.. I even snapped the transactions and all. So,can I do sth or I just lost 30$?(more interested in that 140 coins that I bought..)
I assuming that they are in the process of launcing their projects one by one. the wallet being one of them which I believe they probably disabled it as a whole to finish the project without any hiccups. thats just my opinon while there are many other stupid shit holding them back from achieving their goal. I would say just ride it out. As they say don't put in what you can't lose and don't sell your mother in law either! I bought another 140 coins after and it worked,just that that time it didn`t work and still nothing. That did happen about 6h ago,and I bought another time 4h ago I know fomo kicks in but if you wanna buy go to coinexchange and do all your bidding there. don't transer btbc leave it where it's at. dump some btc in coinexchange and buy from there. as for your deposits theres nothing to do but to wait it out till they are finished. I don't see no point for you to stress over so little if you invested so much already. |

Yakov should have locked down the investors (for 30 days) who bought the 20 million coins between $0.02 to $0.10
Instead he lock down the average person who bought between $0.60 to $1.00
I bought at $0.5. I was OK with my funds being locked into lending. (I had like $100 daily profits lol) People were just too stupid to hope for cashing out at x20 instantly having profits out of thin air. They were guaranteed to have their PROFITS protected from price fluctuations. They started bitching and complaining for not having immediate x6. Now they got what they asked for. now that all the weak hands and internet bums have gotten their scraps, the dev can now focus on the path to riches. |

1: Can i trade my free 50 btb tokens?
Yes only "if" you buy 200 btbc in our exchanger or from the site ( this is to eliminate people who abused the free token system, as we check theres a massive cheating happened on this. Yes, after we set up and fix the windows btb wallet / Online wallet. You can just click "claim reward" on token page to convert all your Tokens to BTBc (ratio 1:1) . the free 50 BTBc will be burnt as you didnt reach the required amount of deposit to activate it. - if you're asking why? go back and read number 1.
3. Why i cant see BTB address in my online wallet?
its because we are still fixing it and all will be given a unique address. Just be patient and wait for it ( all will have their respective address at the same time)

Check our email message as we always send user's wallet id on every message. People can also log in with their registered email or wallet id. Click "Forgot password" to retrieve your new password. we tried it many times and its working fine - you will receive your new password in just 5 seconds.
5. I still have pending deposits, what shall i do?

I only see that there are people cheated and I speak for them.
