Any reason twitter.com/Bitcoin only tweets news (& price) from Coindesk and not Cointelegraph or other Bitcoin news sites? The twitter account has more than 80k followers. I believe most bitcoin news sites would like some love from them as well.

Scott Fargo does not longer write for CCN due to circumstances like these. It's unacceptable. We do not accept behavior like this. Yo, Joe, send another 20,000 XPY to my Cryptsy account bro! Gotta get ready for some major league dumping on these fucking fools muggles tonight. YeeehAW! Been reading up on the various shills, too. Myself and others wondered whether Victor Vargas on Hashtalk was real or a sockpuppet. Turns out he is real, and in real deep, hence the incessant GO GO Paycoin shilling. Ran into lots of exchanges from Scott Fargo. Mostly asking to give Josh the questions before an "interview" so he could choose which questions were ok to ask and cook up an answers to those that he chose, sending drafts of articles to Josh to get "approved", general idolization of his scamdog hero Homero etc. Also, FWIW, the date format issue was brought up by the Paycoined as "proof" that the Emails are fake. Never mind that Homero admits that they are in fact real. It turns out that the Mbox viewer I am using has an option for the date format, and the default setting is Euro-style format of the date i.e.: day/month/year. This viewer works good, if anyone needs one. Allows you to view the Mbox files as they appeared when sent. I tried the "freeMboxviewer", and some things work better, BUT it gets stuck when scanning the huge files and crashes. This one does not. I am painting today, and a bit messy, but more Homero blatant dumpage proof is coming Forthwith™

According to leading Russian news organization Russia Today (RT), Russia will pass a Bitcoin ban within the next year, and it could happen as soon as the current parliament session. Deputy Finance Minister Aleksey Moiseev told journalists in Moscow: “We will discuss this law in the current session of parliament, and possibly even pass it then, or at the very latest by spring next year. We are currently dealing with comments from the law enforcement agencies, about the specifics of legal measures, and we will take their remarks into account. But the overall concept of the law is set in stone.” http://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/russia-plans-bitcoin-ban-2015/How will this affect Bitcoin?

KnCMiner is still in the process of shipping Neptune Bitcoin miners, but now offers cloud hosting. One cloud hosting package gives you 3TH/s for less than $1,000 per month and you do not need to pay for power. Neptunes cost pre-order customers $12,995 and also give you 3TH/s, but you pay for shipping costs, a PSU to power the unit, 16AWG cable upgrades, and power consumption for running the machine. Neptunes only recently started shipping and very simply, most Neptune customers lost five-figure sums of USD by pre-ordering instead of waiting. http://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/news/kncminer-snubs-neptune-customers-cloud-hosting/2014/09/04

It is now a lot easier for Indonesians to buy Bitcoin. Bitcoin.co.id, Indonesia’s rising Bitcoin website, has landed a groundbreaking deal with Indomaret to help Indonesia’s over 238 million residents to fund their Bitcoin.co.id accounts. Indonesians now have access to Bitcoin at more than 10,000 Indomaret convenience stores across Indonesia where they can “top up” Indonesian Rupiah on their Bitcoin.co.id account and then trade for Bitcoin: http://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/news/indonesians-can-now-buy-bitcoin-10000-indomaret-stores/2014/09/03Now, how will this affect Bitcoin Adoption and the Bitcoin Price?

... The ATM is one of these positive innovations that are now targeted heavily by malicious technology. There are people using things called “skimmers,” and they’ve become incredibly efficient at stealing banking information over the past decade. If Bitcoin catches a mainstream wave, it could be the answer to this problem. http://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/news/bitcoin-make-atm-skimmers-thing-past/2014/09/03Will Bitcoin ATMs become big and be the answer to the Skimmer Problem?

Bitcoin price has been consolidating in a range between $525 and $485 during the past week. Daily updates have highlighted the ambiguity of trend. Are we at the start of a new uptrend or is the decline still in force – just pausing before the dive? An infrequent technical event has manifested in the form of a moving average cross-over and, as discussed below, it provides us with a timely canary in the coal mine. http://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/news/bitcoin-price-analysis-bitcoin-price-still-going/2014/08/31What do you think will happen with the Bitcoin Price in the coming week? Seems like its still pointing down..

My guess is 90% of the BTC "dropped" will never get spent, and will forever remain permanently locked in the blockchain.
I'm sorry, and I'm all for bitcoin, but this idea is ridiculous. What's the average person going to get? Maybe $5, so 0,011 BTC? In general, these are fishermen and others who work for low wages, and for many people, their biggest investment is probably some sheep / goats, maybe a cow, etc. You're going to spam the entire island via SMS letting them know they now have 0.011 BTC? They're going to laugh at it as if it's just some huge joke, and make fun of the stupid mainlanders while sitting around enjoying dinner and drinks that night.
That's the most likely result. Trust me, these people aren't abandoning cash for bitcoin any time soon.
Interesting aspect..
