CoinCompetition: Bitcoin Trading Challenge Series

CoinCompetition is an ongoing series of Bitcoin trading competitions that offers a 5 BTC prize to the winning trader. The first competition starts on 1 May 2015.

The Bitcoin trading platform will be provided by CoinArch and traders will be able to use leverage to amplify qualifying wins for their competition trades.

To register your participation visit CoinCompetition and provide your email address. There is no login process, and further instructions will be communicated (via email from CoinCompetition) before the start of the event.

I believe the first email will be sent out next week. It will explain what competitors should do and how to set up a demo account to prepare for the competition.

You can set up a demo account now, but a different demo account will be made available next week, specially for the competition.

• The format of CoinCompetition will be changing from a monthly round to shorter weekly rounds.
• In the new weekly timeframe, the winner will be awarded 1 BTC, and the runner-up will receive 0.25 BTC.
• Another welcome change to be implemented by CoinArch is that the Booster trade interface will accept $5,000 position sizes, as opposed to the current $1,000 limit. This will allow traders to get in and out of positions more quickly.
