1  Economy / Web Wallets / Please HELP: Blockchain.info Wallet problem- Large Reward paid on: June 03, 2021, 08:14:37 AM
Hi all,

Years ago I used the old blockchain.info online wallet and had some btc sent to an address in there. When the website upgraded to the new version of the wallet one of my addresses with btc in it merged into the new wallet/version but not properly.

I can see that address with the unspent btc in it when I go to click on the 'used addresses' tab however my main wallet balance has not changed and does not recognise that older 'used address'.

Please DM me or write on here with any ideas as to why this has happened or how it can be fixed. I will happily pay a handsome reward for the person who can help me extract my btc. I have multiple screenshots etc I can send to help explain the situation.

Thanks for your time, much appreciated!
2  Economy / Web Wallets / Desperate for help! Blockchain.info wallet question on: November 04, 2017, 12:39:02 PM
Hey, i hoping someone on here would be able to help me out with a problem-

Several months ago i transferred some BTC to my blockchain.info wallet and just recently i logged back into my wallet. My wallet has a 0 BTC balance, but when i go to Manage settings and scroll down to 'Used Addresses' i can see the address i sent my BTC to and my BTC that i sent sitting there.

So technically i have the BTC under one of my blockchain.info generated addresses- (i can see the btc, generated address etc) and the address is still in my wallet- but it has been moved to the 'used addressess' part of my wallet.
My actual balance of my wallet is not reflecting the used address part and i cant figure out a way to either transfer it to a new wallet or back out of the used address part into my default wallet.

Any help/ideas would be greatly appreciated and am happy to generously tip for your help- i have contacted customer support etc but they are taking forever to respond/ get anywhere!

Thankyou!
