Hey, i hoping someone on here would be able to help me out with a problem-

Several months ago i transferred some BTC to my blockchain.info wallet and just recently i logged back into my wallet. My wallet has a 0 BTC balance, but when i go to Manage settings and scroll down to 'Used Addresses' i can see the address i sent my BTC to and my BTC that i sent sitting there.

So technically i have the BTC under one of my blockchain.info generated addresses- (i can see the btc, generated address etc) and the address is still in my wallet- but it has been moved to the 'used addressess' part of my wallet.
My actual balance of my wallet is not reflecting the used address part and i cant figure out a way to either transfer it to a new wallet or back out of the used address part into my default wallet.

Any help/ideas would be greatly appreciated and am happy to generously tip for your help- i have contacted customer support etc but they are taking forever to respond/ get anywhere!

Since the last time you logged in to your wallet, have you noticed that the design changed? I believe you are referring to the old wallet addresses before the upgrade. Blockchain.info is now an HD wallet but you still have access to your old addresses with the private keys too. Maybe I can help you if you show me your blockchain wallet but can't guarantee recovery of funds. I pretty sure you don't have a watch only address in your account. Right? Let me know through PM or Post here.

It is so frustrating as it is literally IN my wallet but i cant figure out how to move it?

The link I suggested above didn't help you to recover them into the new balance? I'd recommend contacting the support in that case, they answer fast.
