Which wallet or exchanges will have snapshots and accommodate B2X..?

Does anyone know which exchanges will pass on B2X and which wallets will be have snapshots taken for B2X?

Hi, just new to all this and the recommendation was to used Electrum as a wallet.

After downloading, tried opening and message 'FATAL ERROR' appeared.

Error loading Python DLL 'C:\users\ASPIRE1\AppData\local\Temp\_MEl89402\python35.dll.
LoadLibrary: Invalid access to memory location.

This is probably an easy fix but I've tried reinstalling and other means but unable to get it running.

Is this a common occurrence or have I downloaded from a dodgy site (electrum.org)?

Any help would be really appreciated.
