WHAT IS CRYPTOGAULE?

Our cryptocurrency was created by enthusiasts of the field collaborating within a French company. The CGL is destined to become the cryptocurrency reference in France and aims to root blockchain technology within the French society. Gaul represents the foundations of France as well as the roots of its culture: this is what the CGL aims to become at the level of blockchain technologies in France.
France is a very proud nation, as much of its history as its culture, regarding this it was logic, so that the French people can identify themselves to this new technology, that it clings to its roots, through the name "CryptoGaule"  and its associated logo.
The logo represents a Gallic warrior, such as the French are used to seeing him represented. This character is engraved on a blue coin with silver-studded edges that can be likened to a Gallic shield. The warrior is surmounted by what reminiscent of a printed circuit (reference to numerical), a schematic representation of a blockchain (reference to cryptocurrencies) or the roots of a tree. The character has on the chest a symbol that results from the combination of the acronym euro (€) and the G of "Gaule" which allows to associate the CryptoGaule to the reference currency of the French, greater association as our Debit cards will enable real-time conversion between these two currencies.


Setting up a CGL prepaid card

The creation and distribution of CGL debit cards is a crucial step in the adoption process of the Crypto Gaule ecosystem.
In a banked economic context where the cost of holding a simple account and a credit card varies between 151 € / year (Allianz Bank) and 500 € / year (Dupuy de Parseval), Crypto Gaule offers a serious and advantageous solution  for the French consumer who will avoid the additional costs inherent in the traditional banking system; questionable practices through which banks generate a large profit margin (30-35% of turnover) at the expense of their customers.

For merchants :
For a payment of less than € 2500 made from online services such as PayPal, a transaction fee of 3.4% and a fixed fee of € 0.25 are charged.

For payments by credit card:

The contract fees: 150 €, 200 € ...

The monthly subscription: 15 € to 50 €

The commission on each transaction: 0.50% to 1.5%

Fixed cost per transaction

Access to the CryptoGaule debit card system will be restricted to users who are:
meeting the eligibility criteria set by the company;
having successfully completed the KYC identification process ;
having made their first purchase of CGL on the online platform from which they can easily reload their CryptoGaule card.

The Lightning Network, is a second layer of payment network that can be deployed on the CryptoGaule. Moreover, as it is an open protocol, it will be relatively simple to deploy it  on other cryptocurrencies whose computer code is derived from that of Bitcoin - as is the case of Litecoin.


L'Initial Coin Offering

The CGL issued are accompanied by an "obligation of means" at the expense of the company.
The founding members pledge to use all means in their possession to make the ICO a success, that the CGL becomes a real currency on the specialized platforms, and thus allow the purchasers of CGL to have access to the commercial services developed by the company, without this obligation being an obligation of results.
 Pre-ICO and ICO duration
The marketing of the CGLs within the framework of the pre-ICO and ICO will take place from 01/03/2018 at 12:00 UTC to 31/05/2018 at 00H00 UTC.
In Pre-ICO: 13,860,000 CGL will be exchanged for a minimum equivalent value of 10,000 euros at a unit price of 0,40 euros / CGL. Round 1: 13,860,000 CGL will be exchanged for a minimum equivalent value of 100 euros at a unit price of 0.60 euros / CGL. The cumulative CGL exchanged during this period represent 4.62%.
Round 2: 18,480,000 CGL will be exchanged for a minimum equivalent value of 100 euros at a unit price of 0.80 euros / CGL. The cumulative GLC exchanged during this period represent 6.16%.
In case of failure of the ICO, the company agrees to return the cryptocurrencies sent by the buyers of CGL during the campaign. The amount returned will correspond to the amount spent  by the buyer less a 5% contribution corresponding to the service charges incurred, namely the  infrastructure and security costs used within the framework of the ICO.
Max. Cap : 28 644 000 euros.

The bounty program

Le CGL est destiné à devenir la cryptomonnaie de référence en France et a pour ambition d’enraciner la technologie blockchain au sein de la société française. La Gaule représente les fondations de la France ainsi que les racines de sa culture : c’est ce que le CGL ambitionne de devenir au niveau des technologies blockchain en France.
La France est une nation très fière, autant de son histoire que de sa culture. Il était donc logique, pour que le peuple français s’approprie cette nouvelle technologie, que celle-ci se raccroche à ses racines, au travers aussi bien du nom “CryptoGaule” que du logo associé.
Le logo représente un guerrier gaulois, tel que les français ont l’habitude de le voir représenté. Ce personnage se trouve gravé sur une pièce bleue aux rebords cloutés argentés pouvant s’apparenter à un bouclier gaulois. Le guerrier est surmonté de ce qui rappelle un circuit imprimé (référence au numérique), une représentation schématique d’une blockchain (référence aux cryptomonnaies) ou encore aux racines d’un arbre. Le personnage a sur le torse un symbole qui résulte de la combinaison du sigle Euro (€) et du G de “Gaule”, ce qui permet d’associer le CGL à la monnaie de référence des Français, association d’autant plus grande que nos cartes de débit permettront une conversion en temps réel entre ces deux devises.

Mise en place d’une carte prépayée en CGL

La création et la distribution de cartes de débit CGL est une étape cruciale dans le processus d’adoption de l’écosystème de la société.
Dans un contexte économique bancarisé où le coût de détention d’un simple compte et d’une carte de crédit varie entre 151€/an et 500€/an, la société propose une solution sérieuse et avantageuse pour l’utilisateur français qui lui évitera les frais supplémentaires inhérents au système bancaire classique tels que les AGIOS ou les commissions d’intervention ; des pratiques contestables au travers desquelles les banques dégagent une importante marge bénéficiaire (30-35% du chiffre d’affaires) aux dépens de leurs clients.

Pour un paiement inférieur à 2500€ effectué à partir de services de paiement en ligne classiques, des frais de transactions de 3,4%  et une commission fixe de 0,25€ sont facturés.

Cross blockchains : Les échanges atomiques inter-chaînes peuvent se produire hors chaîne instantanément avec des règles de consensus hétérogènes. Tant que les chaînes peuvent supporter la même fonction de hachage cryptographique, il est possible d'effectuer des transactions à travers les chaînes de blocs sans faire confiance aux dépositaires tiers.

Le Lightning Network, est une seconde couche de réseau de paiement qui pourra être déployée sur le CGL. Qui plus est, comme il s’agit d’un protocole ouvert, il sera relativement simple de le déployer sur d’autres cryptomonnaies dont le code informatique est dérivé de celui du Bitcoin – comme c’est le cas du Litecoin.




L'Initial Coin Offering

Les CGL émis sont assortis d’une « obligation de moyens » à la charge de la société.

Chaque personne souhaitant se procurer des CGL devra satisfaire à une vérification d’identité en accord avec les réglementations KYC et RGPD en vigueur. La vérification d’identité est effectué grâce à “TokenofTrust”, notre partenaire spécialisé dans le domaine  ou “CIVIC”, solution KYC basée sur la technologie blockchain. La vérification se fera en ligne et prendra de 30 secondes à 2 minutes.
Grâce à notre partenaire, nous avons la possibilité de procéder à deux types de vérification :
Vérification de l’activité en ligne: laquelle se fera via les réseaux sociaux (tel que Facebook, LinkedIn...), des systèmes de paiement (type PayPal) ;
Vérification d'identité : nous vérifions l’identité de l’acheteur en validant son identité avec son passeport, son numéro de téléphone mobile (en envoyant un SMS à 2 facteurs), ainsi qu’en vérifiant la date de naissance et l'adresse personnelle.


Afin de garantir une réelle sécurité, chaque participant devra confirmer l'adresse CGL en renvoyant les 0.01CGL préalablement envoyés par notre équipe. Une fois l'adresse confirmée, il vous sera impossible de changer d'adresse de réception des CGL!
L’achat de CGL se fera directement via notre site web. Après vérification d’identité, chaque utilisateur de la plateforme CryptoGaule aura la possibilité de passer commande via son compte. L’utilisateur choisit la somme qu’il souhaite investir, puis procède à sa commande en réglant son achat en cryptomonnaies.
Notre partenaire “CoinPayments” nous offre la possibilité d’accepter des paiements en Bitcoin et en Ether. Pour les investisseurs souhaitant investir une somme supérieure à 10 000 € un processus de paiement par virement bancaire sera disponible auprès de notre prestataire “BTC Direct”.

Si vous souhaitez gagner davantage de CGL sans échanger d’argent, un système de référencement va être mis en place. Une fois votre investissement effectué, vous obtiendrez un code de parrainage que vous pourrez partager avec toute personne susceptible d’investir dans notre projet. Si cette personne fait une acquisition de CGL, vous recevez immédiatement 3 % de la valeur de leur achat crédité en CGL sur votre wallet.

Programme Bounty sur les réseaux sociaux

Afin de participer au programme bounty sur les réseaux sociaux, il sera nécessaire de passer par notre site web.
Chaque utilisateur souhaitant participer à ce programme devra tout d’abord s’y inscrire. Il aura ensuite accès à la liste des actions à effectuer. Pour chaque action, l’utilisateur gagne des points.
Un maximum de 1  800  000 coins sera réservé pour le bountyBounty au total. Cela correspondra à 3% du total des CGL qui seront échangés.
Le nombre de CGL qui seront attribués au programme bounty sera proportionnel au nombre de CGL échangés durant la phase de pré-ICO et ICO selon la formule suivante :
Nombre de CGL pour le bounty=Nombre de CGL échangés/46.200.000 CGL x 1.800.000 CGL

Traduction du light paper et du programme bounty : jusqu'à 180 000 CGL (10%)

Bounty Facebook : jusqu'à 180 000 CGL (10%)
Bounty Instagram : jusqu'à 90 000 CGL (5%)
Bounty Twitter : jusqu'à 270 000 CGL (15%)
Bounty Telegram : jusqu'à 54 000 CGL (3%)
Bounty LinkedIn : jusqu'à 90 000 CGL (5%)
Concours CGL : jusqu'à 180 000 CGL (10%)
Projets exceptionnels : jusqu’à 36 000 CGL (2%)

Les participants aux différentes actions du programme de bounty remporteront des points qui seront par la suite convertis en CGL au prorata du nombre de points totaux remportés dans la catégorie d’actions selon la formule suivante :
