Spare me the fucking savior message. You were the biggest cheerleader for TH, and you didn't do a goddamn thing for anyone but give them false hope. Anyone interested can easily read the non-stop pro-TH crap you spouted every time someone pointed out flaws.

I hope you do help those that lost money since you better balance that Karma that you are so concerned about. Pathetic.

woah. case in point.

good for you, Bar. btcie, newdouche05 and atomic can go rot. absolutely pathetic behavior for months now.

Silvas, you're comparing a massive player in a huge global industry with an established supply chain to TH. That's batshit.

I'll ask for a refund, WHEN Terrahash can't apply within the agreed deadline; i.e. 2 weeks after the chips ship. I'd give Sony or Gamestop the same faith.
4  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Off-Topic on: August 24, 2013, 05:16:26 AM

I'm legitimately curious - would you have the sume opinion if, for example, you pre-ordered (and paid in full up front) say a PS4 from gamestop and they said no refunds, and then Sony didn't deliver PS4s to their customers, didn't tell anyone what what going on for weeks on end and then came up with some shaky excuses and went silent again and nobody had any idea when or even if the PS4s would ever show up?
Would you just sit back and say yo gamestop it's cool; I know it's not your fault and you've got my money, and I have no merchandise, but I'll just wait until who knows when?
What if the unthinkable occurred and the PS4s never showed up?  What would you do then?

Apples and oranges, buddy. But to acquiesce to your dumb little game: If there was a known (and incredibly well publicized) hold-up with a key PS4 component, such as oh, say, a chip from a single source manufacturer, you bet I'd just stfu and be patient. After an amount of time had elapsed I'd aks Gamestop for a refund - but I'd only do this knowing that they had recourse with Sony - a big brand bound to respect relationships with its distributors - and in turn that Sony had recourse with its suppliers, being a large established corporate giant.

To pretend that Terrahash is Sony, or any part of their supply chain, is laughably disingenuous. Guess now I can see how you got yourself in this situation. My sympathy for you is drip drip drippin' away.

I would prefer TerraHash answer their "Support Tickets" or pickup the phone, so we wouldn't have to go through this.  I know there would have been many amicable resolutions possible.

Not answering support tickets is unbelievably poor business practice.

But how is it that others have been able to get in touch with TH to arrange visits etc but you can't? Can you not liaise and work through one of these people to make contact?

Still confident TH will come through as best they can, personally.

Hey Christian,

Updated Google sheet with my results after flashing the vBIOS of my dual 680Ms (SLI) (letting me to mess with the GPU Clock), and pushing the GPU Clock to +135MHz and the Memory Clock to +350MHz.

Now pulling 280kH/s from just under 2V which is GRAVY! AND even though I'm not in interactive mode, it's having cray little slow-down effect on my laptop.

One thing that I noticed is that with the OC settings in place, auto-tune acted all kinds of batshit when I was trying to tune both cards at once. Took upwards of an hour and debug output was out of sync and held no reality to the actual speeds I could pull.

So I just tuned one card at a time, that worked out fine.

Time to get desktop on it meow. Let us know how you go with that GT640 an if I buy one I'll totefully hit you with some LTC 4 the ref.

I dont know enough about mining to compare this for me, but how do you think our nvidia mining is stacking up against amd mining now? Are we at like 60%, or higher?

Be perfect!! =!= all my bests

Thanks for this Christian; LTC coming your way as soon as I actually have some.

After careful configuration, driver upgrade (620.18 works sooo much better for me, despite others' troubles), and memory overclock, I'm pulling:
238kH/s from my dual GeForce 680Ms.

Not bad for a laptop. And it's chilling at 70degC.

I might try to hack stratum support into this if I get time. noo promises.

Hi there [:

Moderate time lurker, first time registering, and I never realised how hard this newbie wait period would be! It's quite a sufferance.

There are a couple of threads in other boards which I really would like to be able to respond to and provide advice to other people having issues with cudaminer, etc. If someone could see their way to authorising me I'd be stoked.

Business concepts and so on are to be dreamed up. There are a couple of web-based things I have in the works, but nothing worth screaming about as yet.

Thanks to whomever heeds this!

Thanks so much for sharing; I've wondered about this for a while and the article from Perry looks great.

Best read in conjunction with the other posts here though! [:

15  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: how long will i got the bitcoins on: June 11, 2013, 01:27:59 PM

it depends on how much bitcoins you want to make.

21 million

Seems like a reasonable goal. 21 million for all!

What do you think about RealCoin?

It seems to be generating some enthusiasm, but that's hardly uncommon. The creator's web site suggests it's the latest of a number of luke-warm attempts. Either way, it'll be interesting to see what happens.
