My apologies for not updating you all during the pass few days, but I was sent over to the states for a conference and have been practically with zero internet since last friday.

I hope to be able to update you at least once a day during the time I am away.

I have received communication from John K that he has completed refunding GB2 and I hope that everyone got their coins. To the those of you that bought from one of my auctions or directly I will send the remaining coins as soon as possible.

I have emailed Yifu several times about GB1 refund with no reply form him. All the details where correctly entered in the form and I also know of a few others with orders even older than ours GB1 that have not received refund either, including other John K's orders.

Thanks for the update Bizwoo, hope all is going well and this will all be over soon.

Any word on progress for the GB2 refunds?  Seems like they should be mostly rolled out after 3 days...any update would be appreciated.

A column in that table that states the current progress of refunds would be nice.  Ie sent or not sent, just so we know where it is at.

Other than that...whatever, it is how it goes.  It doesn't seem like it is anyone in particulars fault that BG1 v gb2 got refunded first.  I think it just comes down to a mix of communication issues and lag between everyone.  It happens, sometimes the stars align for the good...sometimes for the bad.

Good luck to everyone on it.

Well my address is on there but the amount is wrong.  I paid more as I was a late comer and had to jump on an auction of chips.  if I get a refund it will be for the full amount right?

Hi, you bought the chips in an auction but these chips were part of the group buy and therefore under the same conditions and terms. This was written in the auction.

What would happen here is that it would be as if your bought the chips for the price of the group buy i.e. 0.082 per chip.

Over the 0.082 you will receive what is written in the list. This is due to covering the escrow fees, etc.

If the auction was mine then I will give you the difference between what you paid in the auction and the 0.082. This, I will do once we get the refund.

This sounds just fine by me, pretty sure it was your auction so we will figure it out if and when it all comes through.  Thanks for the response.

As was posted earlier, Bizwoo isn't going to be getting a larger refund.  I know it sucks, but I think you may have to eat the loss.  At this point, I just hope we get a refund.  Same with my other group buy.  Milklylep knows what I'm talking 'bout.

But he got my 6.4 btc and then will get the refund.  So...why should get get to keep the difference?  He didn't pay out the 6.4 to the group buy, he paid the original price and then ended up with extras because someone never paid up or had to bomb out for some reason.  Then he made a profit by selling it to me at the 6.4 btc...what he did with the profit, I don't know, but that has nothing to do with the group buy really.  He should take the amount he gets back then pull the profit he made from the auction out of his stash.

I don't really see how this doesn't make sense here.  I get he is getting a refund from the Group Buy but he got money from everyone to put into the group buy and those people will get back what they put in.  He got money for the group buy + profit from my auction.  He should return both if the order is canceled.

It's not like bizwoo will get refunded more BTC than anyone else, I imagine you'll get the same percentage as all other buyers.

So nearly another 20 orders refunded before ours? Is there any pattern with the refunds? Is more public pressure needed?

That doesn't really apply here as I paid more than the original amount.  I should be returned the amount paid in the auction as the auction was not fulfilled, not a percentage of the return from the group buy.

64chips @ 0.1BTC = 6.40BTC

If we can't get 64 chips I will take as many 16 chip groups as I can get up to 64

so 4 * 16chips @ 0.1btc = 4 * 1.6btc = 6.4btc

I hope this made sense.

Having the same sort of fun...kind of hard to find a place to post.  Need to get to someone and just don't know how.  Good luck to you
