Pre-sale is looking good with an amount of $ 125000 approximately so far has been raised. This pre-round shows the depth and potential of the project where it will be after main round. I see more money coming over the next few hours in this as bonus is huge and many people will try to secure the margin at this point.
That is cool just as I expected, the pre-sale will be over soon, and much more investors will see its value and consider to buy tokens in the formal ICO later. Hope this project will be a great success. Yes i agree! Join the movement! Be the movement! https://presale.bitjob.io/

The bitjob platform is unique in following areas compared to similar platforms for freelancers.
1. It offer jobs for students ideally in their chosen profession. 2. It connects students with their potential future employers. 3. Gives students opportunity to gain experience in their chosen profession. 4. It allows students to receive their earnings in STU tokens or FIAT or another crypto currency. 5. Affiliate program allows on quick adoption of this platform due to incentives given to Student Unions and other students. Referring sponsor will be able to receive portion of earnings on every transaction between student and employer. 6. Built in escrow system will allow both students and employers to be protected in case of disputes. Payment will be released or returned based on mutually beneficial agreements.
7. There will be also reputation system and means for conflict resolutions.
8. In addition this platform will allow students on exchange of other student related items and ideas like sharing of accommodation, pooling, books and tutoring.
Our vision is that every student will have our app on their phone. It is a social project for the Students with focus on jobs.

Great insights Bogdan! Thank you!

Hi everyone. I wanted to draw attention to the fact that Bitjob only recently forked our GitHub repo at Ethlance, which is a decentralized job board built on Ethereum which has been live on the main net since January. The evidence can be found here. They have forked our project and are now trying to run a crowdsale for their version of it, by forcing a token model into a platform which doesn't need one. We already offer the same service for free. My partner and I are currently working on a project much larger in scope, a network of decentralized marketplaces, which Ethlance is a part of. If you are interested in checking out the real team and project behind the tech that Bitjob is trying to peddle, come check us out at district0x. Hello, We are not trying to take credits for your work at all. Forking of open source projects is allowed and your license allows it. You might remember several months ago we have approached you and offered you participation in our project, which you have not accepted by simply not replying. At that time we have been looking at your work and then it is when fork has been created as we have been considering various options and one possibly contributing to your project. We have removed this fork now from our repository. Our project is different in scope and 80% of our data will be stored on off-blockchain databases to save costs of storage. Only essential info will be stored on the blockchain and long texts of data might be only stored in form of hashes on the blockchain for verification. Our project also will handle FIAT transactions, offer affiliate program, and use internal coin to handle blockchian payments. Although you have done great work with your ethlance project, your design is not compatible with our requirements. It is also too bad that you have decided not to work with us. With your experience and ours we could create even better product. Also we have team of experienced Solidity designers and front end developers and for several months are working on high level design, discuss security and various models with our team of experts. You can be assured that we won't be using your product now and/or in the future. By the way if you are afraid that someone will use your work, you should not make it public or provide license which prohibits others from using it. Currently your GNU license allows free copying of your work, modifications and other options. Can you explain the problem briefly? You're talking here and wasting a lot of energy for an obscure post No need to talk much, just the quality of your word that determines Sure. Students: - short on cash during their academic period. - lack occupational experience once they graduate. Employers: - find it difficult to hire quality temporary workers that fit their budget. - most of them (80%) fail in recruiting students. Blockchain: - Reputation of Bitcoin and lack of trust - Too difficult to use - Regulatory environment - Lack of understanding and knowledge - No sense of urgency or need Solution SMB / SME will offer small part-time Jobs, relevant to each university degree. Students will gain experience during college, earning money along the way instead of the waitressing. Students worldwide will get crypto hands-on. bitJob will develop an Income Model that DOES NOT EXIST TODAY for HR companies and job search engines firms. I'm here for your questions! Elad Thank you Elad! One of the strongest assets this project has is transparency!

The idea of this project is very cool. I have a question about the how to deal with the dispute between the students and the employers? For example, the employers are not satisfied with the work and refuse to pay?
This is good question and we have plans to deal with those issues. 1. Rating/reputation system will be in place which will allow both student and employer rate each other. When hiring employer and students when undertaking the work will be able to review those ratings. 2. Students will be able to build resume based on the work and tasks provided to employers, this way any unfavorable ratings would show up. 3. We will implement escrow service for additional fees and both employer and the student will be able to signup for this service to protect themselves. This way payments can be released according to the milestones and only after both parties sign off. Both parties would have to come to terms themselves for money to be released or returned. 4. We are considering options to dedicate certain percentage of fees towards members contributing to the community who could support arbitration process and conflict resolution. Bogdan Fiedur Thank you for your nice answer. That is really important for both student and employer to trust each other and work together. I like this project! Transparency and community engagement is what bitJob is about. As we move closer to ICO on September 12th, we are setting the standards higher on how an ICO should be done. Stayed tuned for some big announcements soon!

Student unions around the world constantly engage in programs for professional internships with leading employers. In order to get as many students as possible to our marketplace, we created the ultimate incentive with our affiliate program. It’s a win-win setup that will play a critical part in bitJob’s success. Our focus on small online student jobs will attract players in the field of employee recruitment who are in pursuit of the next generation.
bitJob is fulfilling a global need within a niche market. Employers and students face the same problem of scarcity, students lack the jobs that give them real world expertise, while employers lack the skilled workers to meet short term job contracts and beyond. Powered by Ethereum, STU token will allow an open marketplace where both student and employer can meet, connect and put an end to the scarcity issues. September 12th is a day when students now have a way to earn and learn as it should be!
