Interesting concept. Can't say how practical this can be at the moment. Even similar jobs/positions in different companies may end up in various workloads. How do you evaluate/compare employees based on different standards? How does 1 candidate stand out if most people in the same category have similar skills and monthly work completion rates?

So far so good. Unlike other uncertain projects, this one has real practical use and physical land investment. Agricultural industry is less unpredictable as well. i'm interested.

Seems like a great project with actual purpose. What is your promotion/marketing strategy? In the roadmap, it only says active promotion from 2019. 1000 brokers by year 2020 means averagely at least 1 broker on board everyday.

Read the whitepaper. This project is very ambitious. You are expecting a large amount of customers. 25 million customers in Latin America? How are you gonna reach out to them? Cause that requires huge human resource and budget in marketing. Also, how are you gonna deal with regulation aspects? Especially for countries like China.
