And from the very beginning, you assume that a direct supervisor/employee will have enough expertise to evaluate an employee?

Can it be possible that some employers will sell their friends for their previous employees and give their friends the best grades to help their career?

Can your project bring about a lot of potential problems for workers? What if a manager doesn't like you for personal reasons? Could he/she give you a negative rating which is then forever stored in the blockchain with no possibility to remove "false" info?

First of all, our ratings are to be updated every next month.

Now I can say that the personality of a manager who is authorized to confirm the data will be carefully checked. This person must have 3 verifications from employees of the company. The employees will also be authorized to give grades to a manager/company remaining anonymous. Any hidden conflict of interest between them and their direct employer/supervisor will immediately become transparent to the user. In this way our project brings a lot of potential problems to cheaters.

About providing a suite of competencies for evaluation work. The competencies are to be specified by a certain employee at his/her will.

Do you believe that any job candidate can choose the right competencies for his/her profile description?

Interesting concept. Can't say how practical this can be at the moment. Even similar jobs/positions in different companies may end up in various workloads. How do you evaluate/compare employees based on different standards? How does 1 candidate stand out if most people in the same category have similar skills and monthly work completion rates?

Interesting concept of Blockchain utilization, but what will be at the end of implementation is even more interesting.

Now we are speaking strictly about giving grades for the competencies described by workers in their own profiles on our platform. And those workers are sales employees strictly speaking. And our platform will help them build their reputation from scratch by regulating the evaluations exchanged in a team.
