Only took the regular 10 day "wait for response from seller" window from PayPal, but I got my refund today and I started process well outside of 45 day window.  While all these bullshit ASIC manufacturing companies come off looking like scam artists, I'm gonna give props to PayPal for refunding my TH and BFL orders.

Best of luck to those that paid via BTC or wire, hope you get yours back too eventually.

Nothing like turning on the lights to make the cockroaches scatter.

Here's to a hashing board almost to advertised specs and the return of the 3 figure BTC value.

I'd really be so much more comfortable gambling in Vegas if they raised the house rake...Makes me feel like they're less likely to rig the games.

I wish my bank would charge me more on my checking account...Makes me feel like they're not going to just shut the doors and run off with my money.

...ok?

That said, I'm fine with a commission increase to 5%.  You either trust Dooglus by investing/gambling or you don't.  I don't see any other site offering the opportunity to "be the bank". Until there is competition in that space, commission is limited only by what the market will bear and Dooglus is comfortable with.

All of you who keep saying its a scam, stop being annoying. Honestly. They have been keeping us up to date as much as possible and probably provide more communication then any other companies I have seen. I have talked to TH numerous amounts of times about everything. For god sakes they have an office. Give them a break honestly. Stop being impatient little kids. If your not satisfied ask for a refund but don't spread "scammers" around because they are not.
Agree. This becomes really annoying

Whoever posted that people were acting like clingy girlfriends hit the nail right on the head.

Wow...The cynicism is awful.

Websites crash.  Let's give it some time people.

I'll go out on a limb and assume the whole thing is fixed in a few hours, so thanks for the .01 BTC.

RE: PayPal

I don't really care, was just making a point.  Take my $900 in cash or I'll put it on a CC...makes no difference.

Would just be nice to be done with the ordering process and not feel like if I don't check in to the forum or sit on my email for a few days I won't get bumped in line and have my order cancelled.  That is really my point, by my bank this was settled last week.

I received an email from TH this morning. I hope Paypal doesn't fuck him over (highly likely due to giant influx of funds). Just selling game codes on ebay took them 21 days (not sure if business days or not) for them to release the funds because I had sold less than 25 things on ebay.

If the issue is strictly one of liquidity on TH's part, I don't see where it is right to cancel PayPal orders.  If I was receiving my unit in the next 21 days I'd understand why TH needs his liquid cash for payment.  Since that is not the case, those orders should stand and TH will get his money released in due time.  The PayPal guarantee works both ways and the money has already been out of my account since 9:00:28 on the 18th. Ditching PayPal now would imply that it wont be an option in the future...Growing pains hurt, but you're a better company for getting through them.

I'll put it on a CC and get miles in the process if it comes to that, but if all this is just to get CloudHashing his money back...I'm not so eager to jump through more hoops to satisfy a different disgruntled customer.

I also did not get the email, thanks for posting here TH

+1

Also, everytime I have gotten an e-mail from them, there was a corresponding blog update with the same info on their own site.
That didn't happen here either.

Now that my newb status is unlocked, #433 paid via Paypal (confirmed) 1 @ 18 Gh -- 64 chips.

Made a mashup of the receipts to post like someone did earlier, but I don't want to post thru 3rd party. If attachments unlock, I'll be happy to show visual confirmation at any time.

TerraHash's typo about #434 v. #432 made me join to speak up before I noticed his correction.

#433 for 1 k64 18Gh board --Paid via PayPal

only 64 chips....you can all breathe easier behind me.
