I posted about my problem yesterday... I see many others finally getting their BTC here... but the only reply I've seen to my issue is to email customer service.. Are you kidding me? I have already contacted them 3 times with no reply... and no BTC yet... I am going to try this one more time so here you go..
Purchased BTC in the amount of $63.95 USD from Bitinstant on Tuesday 6/18/2013... Paid ZipZap $63.95 (Account #494275779) Within minutes they sent me confirmation that you have been paid.. A few minutes later I receive an email from you that you have in fact been paid but due to a "Transaction Failure" (Transaction ID: 9b4b3fc6-110a-432a-bfcc-8d56601b1db7 ) you did not fund my coin and someone would be contacting me to fix the issue.
