All participants who have already earned stakes in the bounty campaign will retain their stakes, and that's including translators who have reserved the translation, as long as they deliver a translated whitepaper and announcement once the campaign opens. All payments from pre-sale have been refunded, and that was step one to SMG being able to restart the bounty campaign.
