Reading all these negative comments forced me to create an account here and write this message.

Although its a shame that the tokens are not released according to the initial schedule yet you should not worry and spread "scam" rumours. The KYC process is obligatory by (I guess in this case) the Swiss government as investors from certain countries are not allowed to invest in this ICO (like for example North Korea), thus making it necessary for us investors prove who we are and that we live in the approved countries. And that we are actual investors/persons. This has nothing to do with the Utrust's team trying to scam you or to delay the token distribution. If you read their messages you will see that they are frustrated as well..

In just several days they have found another partner to complete the KYC process as fast as possible. This shows their ability to solve problems as they go. Yes they missed their deadline. I've got a surprise for you: they will miss another. Don't judge them by their very early mistakes but rather by how they solve these mistakes as they go.

For me the KYC process worked after 4 times of trying: SMS did not work, the online form was not submitted properly and some connection issues.. 4th time took me 2 minutes to complete the process. My advice - have your documents ready!

And by the way, demanding your tokens now is like demanding bricks for a house building of which will start in a year. If you want to trade the tokens as fast as possible then maybe you should not invest in an ICO but rather just buy some currency on an exchange. KYC for which is obligatory as well..

Now is the time to show Utrust our support as they need it the most as their plan is not working as well as they hoped. Work with them and give them the time to deliver their milestone. They can and most probably will do a great job and we as the community must support them

There are a lot of things that have changed from when tokens where bought until tokens are to be received:

1. KYC was announced(only passport/ID card/driver lincese being specified, no signature no other things). If you dont comply you lose your money.
2. On faq page there is specified "UTRUST will appear on several exchanges within two weeks after the end of crowd sale." . There is less than a week remaining and not everybody received their tokens yet.
3. On faq page there is specified "The tokens will be redeemable 3 days after the ICO ends." So where are the tokens?
4. On faq page there is specified "After a period of 10 days following the ICO closure date, you will be able to add an ETH address to your investor profile in order to withdraw your UTRUST tokens." The 10 days are running out...

So are all these just lies? Why dont they communicate? Because during ICO they where very active.
Also that bullshit with the last 30 minutes of the ICO gaining a lot of contributions in order for them to reach 100%...

I`m really thinking on calling this ICO a scam and forget about my 100 USD investment.

Absolutely correct. In fact, thanks to the blockchain, they know for each account exactly how much was paid (in Bitcoin or ETH or both) and the address(es) the amount was paid from. To refund, they simply have to reverse the transactions, i.e. pay the same amount(s) (in Bitcoin or ETH or both) back to the address(es) they received the money from.

I think you meant less brazen and not less arrogant.

My transaction went through. After I purchased the tokens, I saw the correct balance on the token sale account dashboard page. To secure my login, I decided to use google authenticator as encryption feature. Afterwards, login was not possible anymore.

Here's a question: Since the containers were built for private investors, where the fuck did the investors put the containers upon delivery? Are the investors in direct competition with HM in securing power stations that may or may not have enough water to turn the turbines?

I already asked my questions few weeks ago: Since I activated the google authenticator encryption in my token sale account, I was not able to login anymore receiving an error message. I am afraid now not to receive the tokens I purchased due to the fact that I will not be able to follow the steps mentioned.

I purchased with Ethereum and sent from my-ether-wallet. Therefore a ERC-20 compatible wallet adress is already given. My mail adress should be known as well by the registration.

What will happen now? Do I receive the tokens on 30th even though I will not be able to login to the token sale portal?
