1  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why people sell bitcoins? on: January 12, 2018, 11:03:20 AM
Many people sell Bitcoin and crypto in general because there's still many doubts about it.

They are scared that crypto is a balloon that is about to pop any time soon and they want to secure their profits/investment.

Crypto is still in early phase and isn't mass adopted yet, so I understand where the fear might be coming from.

yeah unlinke a land or gold investment
2  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why do some government ban bitcoin? on: January 11, 2018, 09:46:31 AM
I See topics about banning and I want to ask.

3  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you think billionaires invest in BTC? on: January 11, 2018, 09:43:41 AM
I just always wonder if those billionaires still invest in btc. Do they even know btc exist?

I think they know (the hype is all over the net, including a financial news that billionaire might / obviously read) do to some extent as it's quite promising as they're billionaire, it would make them bankcrupt just investing some dollar and spending some bucks into a mining VGA

6  Economy / Economics / Re: Is the economy situation in your country that bad? on: December 20, 2017, 10:31:16 AM
Not really, for me its a good thing that our local currency drops value versus USD, more exchange per $, more food on the table and extra money to pay the bills.

how come? where do you live?
7  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Restaurants accepting bitcoin! on: December 16, 2017, 11:28:24 AM
Have you tried going to places and get hungry but you have no cash available with only bitcoins in your smartphone. Here are the list of bitcoin accepting restaurants that will feed your stomach with delicious cooking in exchange for bitcoins. This is a sign that bitcoin is truly amazing that even restaurants and pizza stores have seen its value and started to include in its payment options.

Check the list on this link: http://bitcoinrestaurants.net/

even a restaurant accepting them, the more convenient they're, the more they've been approved. The needs will rise as it's important for 'currency' to be used widely. Obvious why they rise, lol
8  Other / Off-topic / Re: The function of religion ? on: December 15, 2017, 10:30:11 AM
I personally not a religious person. But I do admit that having a religion is a good thing.
1. You have a figure to lean to unconditionally, anytime, anywhere. Even if you're close to your family and had some / many close friend. I think there will be a time for someone that they had a trouble that they wanted to tell others but can't.
2. You know there are superior being, so no matter how great your achievement is, you still have a humble heart. So you won't be too bold of a person. Being too bold is not a good thing for the person him/herself. They feel to superior to learn & hear. It's not good being too all over yoursef.
3. Being religious is good if you know because it teach you to learn about compasion / love, responsible (sin / bad deeds, good deeds), moral and to stay spirited / optimist / hopefull
4. It's also teach you how to manage your time, like you need to spend sometime to come to house of worship as a routine
5. It teach you how to manage your financial, how we saved so we can donate it in the house of worship

12  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: A new MMORPG with cryptointegration, collecting ideas on: December 06, 2017, 11:26:52 AM
Basically I was always interested in a game which has a real economy and a cryptocoin.

I have already created a thread about that a while ago (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1891013.0) and I donīt want to post everything I wrote there, here again.
Now I have found a partner (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=1136926) which is as excited as I am about this idea and has his own thread about this (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2168623.0)

Basics on the game which we imagine:
  • A MMORPG
  • Engine is unity
  • We have basic concept about story and game mechanism (like it will be medival with magic, story,...)
  • The game should have a cryptointegration, this means that the ingame currency is a cryptocoin which can be traded ingame for stuff, between players and also outside the game.
  • There would be a main world, where main story takes place, but if you continue to play, a player can own his own city, and recruit other players as his knights (guild system)
  • Dynamic story: Your choices affect your entire gameplay, f.e. depending on your playstile you will become a different character and race. (everyone starts as human, if you are into pvp and donīt show mercy in the story you will become a daemon, and so on)

We want the game to be liked by the community, therefore we would like to give everyone the opportunity to share his ideas Smiley
Ideas would be, how do you like it: 2d,3d, graphicstyle,...

If you want to help us even more, you can join here: https://aravalgames.ryver.com/application/signup/members/IpfpYsipNI5vBvL

nice idea, but won't you need a handful of capable member to accomplice that? Though an in-game payment with endless playtime and DLC & DL Stories is obvious
13  Economy / Economics / Re: Easiest way to make BTC? on: December 04, 2017, 10:59:44 AM
Well, if you read this forum, then you know the NR1 fast way to make BTC:

Scam people.

Other than that, signature campaigns (I see you already do that)
Or working. Just offer your skills for BTC, someone needs you.
Really? Where do I go to to get hired?

You could offer your skills in "Services" subforum, or write to people that could need your skills directly.

(This depends on what your skills are obviously)

I hope i can be hired, thanks for your info

15  Economy / Economics / Re: Could massive use of Electricity be the end or new high for Bitcoin on: November 24, 2017, 10:56:40 AM
on the opposite site, this maybe a potential field to make a business in maintenance, solar / low-cost energy. Anyway our electricity demand is high enough. Though this maybe make the ozon die earlier, lol
16  Economy / Economics / Re: Why is bitcoin better than stocks, real-estate? on: November 24, 2017, 10:45:10 AM
What do you think why bitcoin is the best investment than real-estate?

There are many threads covering comparisons between bitcoin and gold, btc and stock markets, etc. Real estate is a new angle not covered much, I'll try to focus on that.

The primary issue with real estate is declining demand. Due to middle class to poor earners not receiving the wage hikes they would normally have, demand in real estate and housing markets is decreasing. Banks have tried to keep demand constant by lowering the standards a person must met to qualify for a home loan. Governments have tried to subsidize real estate markets to increase demand. Measures are in place to prevent demand from lowering the value of real estate in the USA. But it may be likely that demand will inevitably decrease and the prices of real estate will fall with it.

On the flipside, btc is a growing and expanding market. Demand for btc and crypto are increasing. This means that it could be possible for bitcoin being worth more tomorrow than whatever its worth today. That may be one of the most glaring comparisons a person could draw between btc and real estate.

Yes it is, then there will be a new real estate more and more with lower starting price and you need maintenance fee/taxes for real estate too isn it?
