Your budget is enough to experiment witha a masternode. Arc is a cheap one for masternode. Rest in portfolio you can keep waves ie. A long term coin.

ts true that cloudmining is worthless, there is no profit there. The coins woth minining with less powerful hardware is usually a new coin with low difficulty. You can also try Staking, it is a newer form of mining you just keep a fixed number of coins in server. This is also known as masternode.
