1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore CryptoNote GPU Miner v9.0 on: October 09, 2014, 08:14:37 PM
V 9.0 gives me about 13.5% better hashrate across all of my rigs. At least that is what miner shows, but I've left it mining for some time now and pool shows only half of hashrate.
Also, one of my rigs reports "SOMETHING WRONG WITH DEVFEE CONNECTION" form time to time.
I didn't have same issue wih V 6.1. Anyone else has issues like that?

PM me the log file, I'll check it.

I too see today half of hashrate on pool.. version 9.0, catalyst 13.12.

It can be pool-related problem. But you can PM me the log file, I'll check it.

I'm mining on dwarfpool, after I tested with V9 for approx 3 hrs I went back to 6.1 and got correct hashrate displayed on pool side.
I will PM you logs as soon as I can, and I plan to test V9 tomorrow again just to sate my curiosity Smiley

Lol, I have same thing happening to me too. Since I know that at least one of 4 GPU's in that rig isn't in 100% good condition, I presumed that thread number equals GPU number. Does anyone know is my assumption correct? Is thread number = GPU number?

Apparently they use this  ticker.minereu.com/ticker.php who knows what the source of the data is

Thanks.

Anyone knows where they get exchange rate for USD to BTC? I presume Huobi or some other Chinese, but does anyone know for sure?
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] profit switching auto-exchanging pool - www.middlecoin.com on: March 07, 2014, 08:17:26 PM
I've been load balancing about 20 megahashes across Middlecoin, Clevermining, and Wafflepool for seventeen days now.  I just added up everything that has been sent to my wallet as of right now.  Even though Middlecoin hasn't paid out today it is still number one on payouts for me.  Number two for me is Clevermining and number three for me is Wafflepool.  Expressed as a percentage, this is what I have been paid as of right now:

Middlecoin 100%  Clevermining 86.3%  Wafflepool 84.2%

If I completely ignore the first day's payouts to try and rule out unexchanged then Middlecoin is still number one for me, followed by Clevermining and Wafflepool.

Middlecoin 100%  Clevermining 90.4%  Wafflepool 85.0%

If I go backwards from right now and only count what has been sent to me the last fourteen days then Middlecoin is still number one for me, followed by Wafflepool and Clevermining.

Middlecoin 100%  Wafflepool 92.8%  Clevermining 93.0%

Chad

Interesting. All methods of comparing pools have problems but hash from one farm and BTC in the wallet has got to be as real world as you can get.

Do you think you have similar pings to all the servers and similar hash rates at your end and as reported by each pool?

Wouldn't say interesting. Interesting would be if he used 1/3 of his hashrate for each of those pools mentioned for same amount of time. This bouncing around pools isn't really something that convinces me...

Can't access ltc.kattare.com for a while now, are you doing some maintenance or is there something wrong?
9  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why did you join this forum on: July 03, 2013, 09:31:55 PM
I joined to get some info about problems that occured in mining pool that I participated in, and of course I want my voice to be heard in that matter  Wink
That, and I got bored from being just another lurker  Cheesy
Besides that, i don't really make habit of spamming forums with my opinions so no worries there Smiley
