Mr. Phoenix thnx for answering me about my problem with NVIDIA setup, mixed rig AMD and Nvidia...it worked...

Mr. Phoenix...how can i set the new Phoenix 4.5c miner with Nvidia Inspector to run P0 mode, when im using it is reseting my settings made by nvidia inspector and lowers the core to -200 and memory to -1000 ( it stays in P0 mode) but the hashrate drops from 31 MHS to 24 MHS. Why is this version not working with nvidia inspector like the version 4.2c?

With 7x nvidia cards you should mine BEAM instead of ETH for making profit...
You should try another pool ( maxhash PPLNS) or maybe try solo mining luck with that hashrate i would try ETC solo mining for a week. With ethermine pool you want have the opurtunity because of to many miners to see what can cards do( to many stale shares)Solo pools are more optimised then PPLNS pools. Im only solo mining. You must make calculation on dificulty (TH!!!) your cards find on 24 h basis, but that you want find on ethermine. You should try solo mining pools (maxhash, 2miners,altpool,coinmining, clona).

Reported hashrate and effective hashrate on a pool a difference of 5% is normal when mining.
What versions of RX 570 do you have?

With those versions of drivers you should not have any issues...
For AMD cards use only 18.3.4 version Adrenalin , for Nvidia 391.35 drivers those are the most stable drivers for mining with Phoenix 3.0c.

Miner must be agressive if you want to get the the benefit from mining..
You dont need any antivirus on the system if your running miner. This miner is 100% clean and is the fastest miner you can get with its lowest fee.
Core clock should be use to lower the load on memmory but should never get over +150, and this also lower the power to get the card running between 80 and 100 watts with reduced power limit between 50 and 60% Here you have a good guide how to overclock nvidia cards https://mining.help/nvidia-ethereum-mining/

What kind of GTX1070s do you have man? I am currently thinking of buying a couple and want to be sure I don't mess up with the order GPU1 Gigabyte Windforce TDP 51% , core clock +160, Memory +756 ( temp 45C fan 55%) core can go over +200 and memory around +800 it can go much over 33MH .. GPU3 MSI Armor TDP 52%, core clock +31 memory +772 (temp 54 fan 55%) core can go higher around +100 and memory around +800 it also can go higher then 33MH.. Both cards can get higher then 33 if power up TDP, but then i get higher power consumption... It does not matter which brand you would get just look which has more warranty, every GTX 1070 can go around 32 and 33 just need some time to test the settings... Do you really mean core voltage or isn't it core clock!?
Yes it is core clock not core voltage....

Can you tell me what's the benefit of setting the TDP to such an low value together with increasing the core voltage? What speed (core clock) are your cards running at with these settings? Diferrent cards diffrent settings those are my cards: Cards are getting 32.7MH and 32.8MH with these settings TDP 51% 52% low wattage, temperature , running very stable at these TDP no rejected shares and very low stale shares..
