Furthermore, when I click the refresh button multiple times, Ledger app sometimes loads the unconfiremed transactions, sometimes it does not?!
Do not worry, i had the same issue a few days before with my ledger when i tried to send some bitcoins. That is normal if the network is currenty congested, and sometimes ledger has some issues on their platforms. If you do not like how it is going or if you are feeling unsafe about it, you can export your private key by just getting it from the software (the manager) Or just use your 24 words and export it to a Digibyte friendly wallet, they are not lost, they are just in the blockchain, only that you probably sent it with a low fee. Hi, It seems as if the issue got resolved, and if ledger removed the failed entries from their database by hand in the last few hours, as the ledger app is showing the correct value now and the log file does not state an, errors on trying to remove the tx from db  Thanks, br |

Hi, unfortunately this issue has not been resolved! The exact issue, can be found here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=408268.msg27649626#msg27649626 It seems as if Ledger has had some issues on their servers, and did not post the rtansactions to the blockchain. I'v contacted Ledger support, including sending them the log files which clearly states, that the DataBase coul not remove the tx, but by now, I did only get a standard support response. First of all thank you for your quick and professional response niki. It is always a pleasure if a long time member helps a newbie out with his knowledge, his experience and expresses it in a in a kind way Back to the topic. This is a Bitcoin Forum or am i wrong ? And its all about the bitcoin itself and everything which has to do with it... I asked a normal question. Maybe some of the members here have or had the same problem and maybe have a solution for it or need one too. I already contacted the support but havent received an answer yet. I have a couple of those transaction, unfortunately:
Ledger --> Bittrex
Ledger 1 Wallet A --> Ledger 1 Wallet B
This particular example of a not found transaction is from Ledger 1 Wallet A --> to Ledger 1 Wallet B! SO same Ledger HW device, only different wallets.
So shall I simply wait a couple of days?

You only have one DGB wallet on one Ledger device. Do you mean you sent them from one address to another address on the same wallet? For what reason? In transaction history is there a transaction ID? Was the balance deducted from your Ledger but not show back? You sure it was your address? What is the transaction ID? No, you should not wait. If the tx was sent it would show back immediately in your wallet. Neither tx can be found in the block explorer so it seems that whatever servers Ledger are using they failed to broadcast the transactions. I sent a very large transaction from my Ledger Nano S to Bittrex a couple of days ago and it was on the block explorer immediately and Bittrex showed it as pending pretty quickly. I think you need to complain to Ledger and ask if their servers they use for DGB are having issues. I sure hope the txs eventually show up. This is a Ledger issue, not a DGB issue. Hm, that doesnt sound good :/ Other transactions from/to Bittrex worked as well. I sent Ledger a support ticket, is there anything else I could possibly do to get my coins back? Thanks, br |

Yes, you are right, they are avalaible in the Ledger app! I would have another issue as well: I transferred 500 DGB from A to B. So are the 500 DGB lost, or what happened? Thanks a lot, br If they are not on the explorer they are not lost. They were simply NEVER sent. Who sent them? Poloniex or another exchange? If Poliniex good luck they are not sending DGB txs right now. If another exchange be patient. Sometimes they are painfully slow in broadcasting transactions to the network. A transaction ID is created by the wallet when the transaction is made. It has nothing to do with whether a tx was sent to the network or not. You did not lose them. They are in address DJ1y4xKMCqtYSCvgGkobAfLxLWjme3G9o6. Is that your address on your personal wallet or an exchange address. If an exchange address then you need to complain to the exchange that they did not credit your coins. If you were just sending 1 coin a test then the address would be one of your change addresses. Thanks for your support! I do not know what you mean :O I sent 1 DGB for test from one ledger address to another ledger adress! I do not know why 539 were sent at all! Thanks, br Because when you send coins the entire input must be spent 100% and the the difference is returned to you as change. If you used a Ledger then this is a change address created by your Ledger and the coins will be shown in your Ledger balance. It is now a new input to be used in the future. All crytpo coins works this way. If someone sent you 100 coins, those coins become an input of 100 coins. If you send 1 coin the entire 100 coins must be destroyed, the 1 coin is sent, a fee is taken, and the balance is returned to one of your change addresses. You did not lose anything. The 539.70574 DGB will still be reflected in the balance shown on your Ledger app. But my ledger does not reflect the 539 coins at all! I only says 1DGB from A to B  Thanks, br |

Hi,
I tried to transfer DGB from Ledger to Bittrex, using "Custom fees (satoshi per byte)". Everything looked ok, apart from the fact that my transaction is still unconfirmed on Ledger app and that I can not find the transaction on digiexplorer when I click on the magnifying glass in Ledger app.
Afterwards I tried to transfer from Ledger to bittrex again, using "High fees (fast transaction)". The same problem as for the first transaction...
Furthermore, when I click the refresh button multiple times, Ledger app sometimes loads the unconfiremed transactions, sometimes it does not?!
Are those coins lost now?? Can anyone help me pelase?
