Opened ticket November 10. Solved December 20. 40 days.
Posting daily on Twitter, BBB Complaint. I dont know what did it FINALLY... but I pulled ALLLLLL my coin off Bittrex!!!! THERE IS HOPE!!!

Dear new users:
We have received an enormous number of new account registrations over the past few weeks. We are excited to have so many new users who want to join the Bittrex community. What are your reviews on Bittrex nowadays?? It had such promising start!!
I liked them up until they pulled this disable/non verify BS!!! AND even IFFFF is wasnt their fault... they have handeled it POOOORRRRLLLLLYYYY

At least they are telling that they are trying to make things better.
It was dead silence back then.
But their excuse is bullshit i must add.
They should have reached out about 40 days ago.... and they still giving a WEAK ASS excuse! When every other crypto business is handling the "influx of new people" AND being open with their customers by making post and statements, and fixing their own issues....... these guys refused to say anything for HOW LONG and STILL have the BS excuse...

I understand it is frustrating to have an account issue. I want to assure you personally that everyone on my team is working hard to solve this problem. Due to an unprecedented amount of growth we are experiencing a longer than normal wait time resolving customer requests. I apologize greatly for this extended wait and would like to inform you that we are addressing this issue as quickly possible. We are actively training new personnel and streamlining our processes to better handle the increased demand. Specifically, in the next week, Bittrex will be more than doubling our current support staff to handle the growth. The hiring of support agents will continue until we can provide the support our customers expect. Well yeah, everyone is right to be angry and concerned. i feel this is like poloniex a little while back. they got their shit together, but it took MONTHS. In that time, everyone went over to bittrex....maybe people will all switch to cryptopia or something and then they'll get swamped and take months to reply to support tickets....
Ive already had to start over while waiting on bittrex.... I moved to Binance

Hey everybody. Bittrex has said that anybody who has multiple tickets open should log into their support account and delete all but your first ticket. If they are really trying to f*** everybody sending lots of tickets is neither going to bother them or help you. If they are trying to process all of these tickets manually clearing out the useless ones will help speed it up...
Where did they say this?

Has anybody succesfully solved problems with Bittrex (I mean problems with support connect, disabled accounts and etc) ? I see here only negative comments. Is there really so bad and no one solved their problem?
Today, i have solved problem with bittrex....i have withdraw my funds. So good luck guys How long was your wait? AND what method did you get your issue corrected through?

Bittrex has been absolulty disrepectful with Safex, delisting them in 5 days without noticing the team before. A good idea could be that Coss list Safex, if you are a safex holder or if you are just tired with the way bittrex is dealing with customers or coins, retweet this : https://twitter.com/MaxPell7/status/939608054789804032I just saw this. I didnt have anything into the coin... but some of the early rumors are they were delisted due to not being a paying subsitise... Something is DEFFENTLY up with Bittrex.

That's correct. You can't just change terms without noticing users AND agreeing to them. That's completely against the law and illegal. A statement that if someone does not want to go through the new terms and verification process, give the option to close accounts and return funds to user.
I agree, a 0 BTC daily limit unless verified is NOT the product I signed up for before I gave Bittrex my money. Many people don't want to get verified because they don't trust exchanges with personal data, simple as that. It's actually illegal without the account holder's approval or agreement. If they never sent a notice about the change with ample time for ppl to withdraw if not willing to verify, they can be held liable under US laws. As far as I am told they never notified anyone of the changes as well as having a non functional basic verification system . The US DOJ should be contacted quick about this so they can lock the company's holdings before they decide to run with it and refund people's accounts that chose to close their accounts. I do not have a stake on this exchange, but have a good friend from Asia that is now stuck with no way to get her funds out of bittrex and their support is not responding to the ticket regarding her wanting to close her account and withdraw everything. I don't know what the law is in the USA regarding financial institutes changeing there Terms & Condition but here on the other side of the pond if a financial institute changes there T's&C's they are legally required to inform all there customers (and they do, I know from experiance) of the changes and give the customer ample time to decide if they want to stay or leave, with no penalties or fees. i'd be scared as fuck being associated with bittrex in any way right now , there is no excuse for this! :\ Bill Richie Ryan Rami all need a jail cell together jmho<<< I wouldnt be surprised you dont see someone end up on the news because they went ape shit at Bittrex Office over this bullshit.... Money is ONE thing you DONT mess with of other peoples! AND Yet they STILL dont come out and say a DAMN thing about it.

Bittrex support service starting to follow Poloniex support service, they both bad. It's time to move to decentralized exchange or new exchange like Kucoin and Binance, we should give those exchange a chance.

Did somebody already succeed to transfer their mIOTA from bittrex to your wallet? heared there where problems with that as well and im about to get my mIOTA of to bittrex into my wallet when my withdrawal ban is over (due password change i got a 5 day withdrawal ban)

Just tried to call and got no where "as they do not monitor the line for support calls". I am ready to lawyer up to handle this... I have had it with their BS.... They are just ignoring and not addressing anything!
