1  Economy / Securities / Re: [ActiveMining] Official Shareholder Discussion Thread [Moderated] on: May 18, 2014, 02:52:26 PM
Received my shares extremely promptly! Thanks Ken!

Great, The next transfer will be the final one after the 21st as most sharehold have transferred their shares.

Edit:  The final transfer will include the shareholders that did not transfer their shares to AMC-TENDER and bitfunder transferred them to the issuer.

The shareholders who did not transfer their shares to AMC-TENDER should make sure that their CT email address is the same one that they used on
bitfunder as that will be the email address we transfer the shares to on CT.

What is the process for those shareholders who did not get in their transfer to bitfunder on time? Will the transfer happen by default or do we need to email you? I can't find this information elsewhere in the thread.

@ Ken what is the procedure for the share verification. Can you tell us ahead of time incase any of us need to get old paperwork, dig out old wallets ahead of time?

Sure, you will need the email address you want to use on CT, if you have an account already the shares will just be added to that account, if you don't then an account on that email will be created and the shares added to that account.  Next you will need the date and time of your transfer to AMC-TENDER and the Number of shares tendered.  To be verified the data must match our transfer records from bitfunder.

Thank you.

What if we did not transfer our shares on Bitfunder to AMC-TENDER?

You thought correct.

Ok thanks! Where can I find them? I tried sifting through the threads but didn't find anything except mentions of cryptostocks.com

Hey wolfbiter,

An account will be created for you on the trading platform Crypto-trade, not to be confused with Cryptostocks.

This is expected to happen in only a matter of days but be sure to tune back in on Wednesday around 2345hrs GMT and look for Ken's 'Weekly Update' for more information.

You will need access to the email address you used in Bitfunder (expect to be contacted through that) as well as the public address from Bitfunder that you would have given to receive dividends.  To prove ownership of your shares you will need to be able to 'sign a message' from that public address when the time comes.

Thanks a ton for the summary, and sorry for the seemingly stupid questions! It's nice to know that there are still helpful people despite all the FUD out there...

So.... I never transferred my shares out of Bitfunder because I had (obviously stupidly) thought that ActiveMining would transfer them for us with the asset list.

I have ~5,500 shares and would be depressed to see them disappear - is it too late?

Bitfunder still has record of the shares, and I'm sure there's a paper trail (I have the BTC address linked to the Bitfunder account as well).

It seems stupid that my shares would simply be reabsorbed into ActiveMining.

Thanks

7  Economy / Securities / Re: [BitFunder] Graet.Loan - Paying 0.05% interest daily on: November 10, 2013, 05:09:14 PM
I still consider graet.loan to be a loan and intend to continue to pay interest and to buy back as I am able.

First, thanks for the update! Sorry you're getting so much flame.
Second, are you going to convert graet.loan shares into direct shares when Bitfunder closes on December 1st? Or do you have another plan?

Thanks!
8  Economy / Securities / Re: [IPVO] [Multiple Exchanges] Neo & Bee - The Bitcoin Bank (Cyprus) - LMB Holdings on: September 19, 2013, 02:55:59 PM
I've never been as much excited about a IPO
Wish the team the best of luck!
This could really be a game changer. A big one.

And I''ll definitely buy shares like a mad man.

Edit :
@BTC-TC: 735482 Shares, 703.679554 BTC
 It's beautiful <3
I think that includes 500000 @ 0.00000001...

Still, very much expect this to be a successful IPO and really looking forward to seeing what Neo Bee can achieve in Cyprus and beyond.

~670,000 on BF
500,000 for XBOND (which will go to BF)
~230,000 on BTC-TC
-------------------
1400 BTC

9500 Needed by November

~15% funded.

I like how more money is flowing through BF, it's not as bad (at all) as people say it is. From what I have seen, their legal is well managed as well.

where are you getting your numbers? it seems to me that ~670,000 on BF is ~2000 btc alone

Are they? It was my understanding that the bots are the ones which pay satoshis back to the defeated address.
11  Other / Beginners & Help / what's going on with satoshi dice? on: July 07, 2013, 06:31:32 PM
according to the graph posts here on https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=80312.1520, satoshi dice's profit line is flatlining. someone made a comment about it, claiming that it was because eric (the dude behind satoshi dice) "turned off the bots". what does that mean for the site, and for shareholders? if the bots are off, can bets still be placed?
