As some of you may be aware, a major affiliate (xiaoxiao) for this site was ousted due to a large, founded, scam accusation. The scam involved a rakeback service, and involved delaying payments with various fabricated excuses while xiaoxiao gambled away all his players funds. There was a backlash and calls for answers directed at Betcoin. Betcoin then outlined a so-called solution to make affected players whole up until a certain point (5/7). The solution involved using players generated rake from 5/8 forward to pay for the owed moneys up until 5/7. Betcoin made a couple payments and then proceeded to ignore players requests for updates in the designated forum for several months, meanwhile affected players continued to re-rake the moneys owed to them without receiving payments. The forum can be found here https://www.betcoin.ag/xiao-rakeback-update-threadAfter months of ignoring requests for answers on the thread, some time in the last 24 hours, affected player __ACTl0NNNN spoke out in the thread. __ACTl0NNNN has been around the bitcoin poker community for a very long time, and is widely known to be one of the, if not the, highest stakes and highest rake volume players there is. He claims to have not received a single payment, and to have been disregarded in support tickets. ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.gyazo.com%2Fe84aff8d4a92f6c8c67544141c4c0743.png&t=663&c=pcMDwg6LAIzD9A) Finally, Betcoin breaks it's silence, and made several deflective comments in the thread, all seemingly with the theme that this is not their problem any longer, and nothing more will be paid. Update: Betcoin now says definitively there will be no more money paid. ![](https://ip.bitcointalk.org/?u=https%3A%2F%2Fi.gyazo.com%2Fe1825cc729d14f5081caf829946cd157.png&t=663&c=f6FfCp6c5HPaow) Seems like a clearcut scam. Betcoin told their players they would be repaid money based on future rake. Betcoin then strung them along for a few months while they kept all the rake they were paying, not too dissimilar from the scam xiaoxiao pulled originally.

I see you're back in your account on Betcoin. Are you going to honor your commitments?

Betcoin lies once again. They originally stated all xiao's signups would be paid their due rakeback through 5/9. As of today, they are saying each player is responsible for reraking their due rakeback in order to receive it. This is a ponzi scheme. Also, xiao's account is no longer banned and he is online right now.
How Betcoin has chosen to handle this situation is disgusting. They are taking the rakeback they were paying xiao and putting it back into their own pockets. They are leaving us high and dry.
When you promised we would never be paid lower than 33% what was this based on? Betcoin has now said even if your account is returned it will be bumped down to 20%.
That's just one of several things he said which indicate a lack of accepting responsibility for his actions. He probably would have never logged into bitcointalk again if Betcoin hadn't locked his honeypot.
You're releasing all your signups effective immediately then, correct? Or do you think it's acceptable to continue to have access to player funds and continue these shenanigans?
Shouldn't his rakeback thread be deleted? So no new people can sign up under him? Also, does this not warrant a ban?
I can confirm this. I have emailed him also with no response. I just recently asked Betcoin to look into it as well. I saw his rakeback account online on Betcoin today, and this account is alleged to have been seen firing 80 chip dice rolls yesterday.

Xiao is 5 weeks behind on paying rakeback, and is once again locking his thread to keep people from complaining publicly.

rest assured, everything will be resolved and up to date by the 19th of march
still waiting on 3/20-3/26?

There are some delays for BetcoinRakeback.com stats due to updates of the platform and everything will be resolved and up to date by the 19th of March. Thanks so much for your patience and understanding!

You continue to offer BetSoft games, don't talk about a great place to play. Get your shit together and ditch them. Also you continue to ignore questions which answers would make you look bad, or how about answering those questions by Jason Ort?
I have been bumping jasonort's thread that contains his questions, it continues to be unanswered and buried. Meanwhile, Betcoin posts every place they get a chance how satisfied and happy jasonort is, truly disgusting behavior.

Trust abuser. Long time cheater on the poker scene who has been kicked off of several sites for violating terms and conditions....Had several accounts for which he was caught and banned and is now campaigning in retribution for the punishment he received for his dishonest acts. Betcoin.ag was protecting it's players from this cheater by banning him and now he has been manipulating facts to bash on betcoin.
^^^This garbage, OK. You seem a little confused on the facts here, cjm. I know of no other site twitchyseal has been banned from other than Betcoin. His bans certainly have not been for multiaccounting. The latest ban is the result of a poorly chosen, but simple, troll towards a moderator, nothing more. When he was banned, it was not for cheating, there was no poker involved, no money was won or lost. As for your lack of understanding concerning multiaccounting at Betcoin, up until a few months ago, Betcoin allowed multiaccounting, and for people to admit to doing so in the main chat. Yes, of course twitchy has made a bunch of accounts, he doesn't deny this. The accounts are for chat only. You're turning this into something it isn't, something that you know that it isn't, in an attempt to do what exactly? Push someone else's agenda you had no interest in until now?

Also, as far as directing the people with complaints about Betsoft to do it towards other sites as well and not just yours. I'm not sure about some of the other users here who are concerned about Betcoin's use of Betsoft, but me personally, I don't give a whole lot of a shit what other sites are doing. I don't play at other sites, I play at Betcoin, that's why I feel as strongly as I do about some of these things.

OK, Betcoin, you say that as soon as Betsoft responds and you see the decisions from the other casinos, you'll make a decision? I fail to see why you need to wait for either of these things to occur in order to examine the information in front of you and make your own decision now. Effectively you are saying that you are incapable or unwilling to make your own decisions based on the current information. Bovada didn't wait for someone to tell them how to decide. That's why Bovada is where they are in the poker world, and conversely, why you are where you are.

Let's keep the car in the road here. This isn't about, nor has it ever been about any one particular person's reputation, character, thoughts, opinions, etc. This isn't about the jasonort issue, this isn't about xiao, and this isn't about twitchy. This is a campaign for the greater good of everyone who plays unregulated bitcoin poker or casinos. This is a campaign for transparency, a campaign for righteousness. Just because there is no central regulatory authority on any of this stuff, doesn't mean people, ideas, or the truth need to be disregarded whenever it is convenient for profit margins. I like Betcoin poker. There have been some issues during the 18 months I have used their site, but for the most part they have been handled eventually.
Two issues in particular stick out to me though, the overake issue from Oct. 30-Dec. 11, and the Betsoft casino debacle recently. I had to campaign for nearly 5 months, mostly just myself and twitchy, while some threw tar at me and others threw feathers. In the end, Betcoin finally chose to publicly acknowledge that the issue occurred and gave me credit for bringing it to their attention. The problem was, not everyone who was overcharged reads the forum and ever even knew it happened, and probably still don't know. This is not ethical. Betcoin invited everyone to submit their play for review for a refund, but also at the same time, discouraged them from doing so by threatening to charge them money if it was found that they weren't overcharged. Eventually, 95% of players opted for the free daily coin ticket handout rather than risking asking for a review and being charged, this was not acceptable. Then there is this Betsoft debacle. Betcoin staff member plo8monster responded "yes" when I asked if he had reason to believe that the casinolistings.com study was altered, or that the findings had been altered. Basically, the only way that Betcoin can move forward with Betsoft as a provider is by saying that all the mounds of evidence against them is fraudulent, and it appears this is the course they could be taking, this also is not acceptable.
Back to twitchy and his reputation, though. Twitchy has not, and does not come half-cocked with accusations. He does his homework thoroughly, and presents relevant information to the people most affected. He does this for free, and on his own time. He has absolutely nothing to gain from the rise or fall of Betcoin. Accusing him of fabricating information to take down Betcoin is ridiculous.
