I am a south korean, I would like to go to hongkong, malaysia or wherever I can buy bitcoin in world average price.
People are saying hongkong and malaysia have offline bitcoin exchange so I can buy bitcoin anonymously, please tell me where it is.
or anywhere I can buy it without verification, I'm tired of waiting for verification. No site have apporoved my documents yet.

You want to buy bitcoins via ATM? Just look up for any ATMs nearby you at https://coinatmradar.com. But it'll be a good idea to find understand how Bitcoin works and how to keep your BTC safe before getting into it. Well, I'm in south korea, so my nearest bitcoin ATM is in seoul, which is not my city. Additionally, the machine provides bitcoin in korean price. so it doesnt work for me. thanks though |

I tried major trading platforms and many many websites that provides bitcoin purchasing with fiat money, but bank wire or direct banking requires me to wait 3~5 business days.
I need to buy bitcoin "Instantly" so please tell me where I can buy them.
coinbase and some sites doesn't accept south korean, coinmama and almost all the rest of sites just keep my account pending over 2 monthes,
I just really need a site that would verify me soon or allows me to buy big amount.
Please help me, I will pay you with bitcoin if your answer helps me, I'm not hiring or dealing with you, I mean I just appreciate your help.

Considering that you have a debit card, you probably have a bank account. If this is the case, and you are a South Korean national, you should be able to open and verify a PayPal account with your bank account. Once your account is verified and your bank account is linked, you can come back to the forums here and go to the Currency Exchange board ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=53.0) and look for reputable sellers of Bitcoin. Make sure to check their Trust ratings... Most reputable sellers already have their own threads and hundreds of successful transactions. The only problem could be that you're a Newbie rank, which a lot of people won't be willing to work with. However, if you indicate that you will send the amount first, and that you will send it as "Friends or Family" (which cannot be charged back at a later time), then chances are that some reputable sellers may be willing to send you the Bitcoin after the conversion from KRW to USD is finalized. There may be a slight premium rate attached to the price of Bitcoin, but I'm sure it beats the highly-inflated prices of trying to purchase Bitcoin on an exchange that is allowed within South Korea. Good luck, and feel free to let me know if you have any questions! EDIT: I just noticed that you want to buy Bitcoin "instantly". Be careful with that verbiage, as some people could take this the wrong way, such as indication that you may be out to scam them. The method I described isn't instant; you'll still have to wait a business day or two to verify your account with PayPal. But I can assure you that you won't pay the premiums involved with South Korean exchanges by utilizing the above method, so you could end up saving a lot of money in unnecessary inflation. I'm from south Korea.
We of course have our own bitcoin trading platform, but I don't trust korean platform.
I really wish to buy bitcoin in a big, trustworthy trading platform.
I'm stucked varifying my account submitting the "proof of residency"
So I just picked a random photo in my computer and submit it. they will reject my account once again.
I have my passport, I can take a photo of myself holding my passport, but what document am I supposed to submit?
Well, I can get some paper that shows and proves where I live, that will be definitely formal document, but I don't think they can read korean
or get someone who can read korean language and review it.
So my question is, I REALLY wish to buy bitcoin, how can I varify my account? what should I do with that "proof of residency" thing?
One last thing, any trading platform that is trustworthy enough and not that high priced will work for me.

I'm from south korea. We have korean trading platform, but I really wish to buy bitcoin so I'm trying to join one of trading platform, but I'm stucked varifying my account.

Are they asking me to live in U.S to buy bitcoin?
What document am I supposed to submit? whatever the document is, it should be written in korean language and I don't think they can read it.
