Change of data occurs in the following way. Owner downloading the file has the right to change it. After changing the file is divided into parts and they are caching. The system compare the hash of the parts of the modified file is stored and replace different parts of the guardians. Then there is the publication of the new transaction archive file, and sync them. There is a delay but not significant. Its value depends on network congestion and the time occupied on the distribution of transactions. |

Смысл заключается "не на сколько больше собрать". Дело заключается в процессе подготовке проведения качественно ICO. Объясняю почему: 1) Подготовка юридических документов 2) Работа с медиа-площадками 3) Проведение конференций и налаживание связей 4) Работа с маркетинговыми компаниями и тд... все это занимает довольно продолжительные месяцы упорных работ. |
