In the "it ain't over 'til it's over" category ... Today (April 18, 2014) I got a call from the District Attorney's office where I filed the complaint. The investigator commented that there had been numerous complaints and that he was contacting all the victims -- his wording, not mine. In other "not so fresh" world news ... The judge issued a default judgment in favor of the plaintiffs in at least one non-delivery case. (A default judgment occurs when the accused does not bother to respond or show up in court.) BFL now wants that default judgment overturned. What is this 1% thing? Emilia Cole told me in the afternoon, face to face, that the chips were already hashing above 400 GH/s (she even gave another value that I was told not to relay so I won't). Didn't even talk very much. Very straightforward! That contradicts the recent statement made by the person that Bitcoinorama interviewed, where it is indicated the chip is not working as expected. There is no evidence the chips are hashing at any speed. It is becoming obvious that KnCminer is still testing the chip with the PCB. At this point it is quite difficult to trust that "the chips were already hashing above 400 GH/s" when the person responsible for the tests stated that "below 1% of the die is working". I agree, when you are a member of staff for a company then you should be held to a higher standard than regular members.
Having said that I think Theymos handled the situation correctly and sitnicki is also happy with the resolution. It is pleasing to see that the scammer sub-forum has worked in this situation.

all you goofy motherfuckers in here on your moral crusade about xDeathwings actions are ridiculous. if you honestly think that he should have to pay .5 btc for a video, whether he said it or not, you are a waste of breath. the fact that he paid .05 btc at all shows some type of resolve in his charachter. you're all a bunch of fucking idiots, pure and simple, and all you try to do is create a fight out of a minor misunderstanding.
It's not only what he did, but how he handled himself when doing so. Being a moderator and acting that way is not acceptable. He is representing the community and doing so in a poor manor. You also need to calm down a bit, you have some anger issues, I think. |

yeah the 1 ths unit at 3499 is tempting, but january is a long way off. if knc delivers, hashrate will explode.
It's not a question of "if" they will deliver, but when. |

Add paypal or a credit card option cointerra and you have a new customer. Otherwise... I just don't feel like I can risk my BTC.

 It's an exponential right now, but in a few months this curve will look much more like an 'S' curve. The question is when will it start to tail off? My guess is December, what does everyone else think? I am thinking early 2014 |

i think it will hit 200 within 6 months. i pay attention to the monthly and weekly avg.
