if it says can improve the economy of a country in my opinion can not, because bitcoin itself is not stable. if it's to improve the individual economy, I think it can.

For me, the best time to buy bitcoin when the price is too low then that is the best time to invest so you will get surely a high profits and benefits from what you do. If the price is very high and you will saw that it has a big potencial to grow more then hold it a long time i swear you will become a successful person and you deserve it.

for charity I think it should be clean, because charity is not joking. it's sort of a religious thing. so I think bitcoin is not good for charity, because it is unstable and it feels like gambling.
