Hi everyone,
Does anyone know how to find out the ISBN or bar code of Cointerra's TerraMiner IV? We have been trying to contact Cointerra, but as per usual, no replies from their side.

As a Group Buy Administrator, we would really appreciate if blockchain.info had the ability to enter in multiple addresses and amounts for batch payments. Any chance of this feature being added in the near future?
You can Click on send payment, then choose "Custom" on the left instead of "Quick Send" Add as many addresses as you want Thanks moni3z. I guess the only improvement that could be made now is the ability to select a bitcoin address from a drop down containing addresses from your address book. If you start typing the name you saved in the address book it will come up as an option for payment address, but you'd have to remember all the names there's no list unless you open your address book in another tab and just cut+paste (could be error prone/double payment) Thanks, I suppose that's the best it can be done

Just wanted to let everyone know: Cointerra has still not responded. Daylight robbery in action, please don't allow this company to grow any bigger! Vote with your dollar!

We just wanted to announce that we are currently on the market looking for a US-based Bitcoin Colocation company. We are posting to compare competitive hosting/colocation providers. We are looking for a good price, SLA, reputation/trustworthy source that has good communication skills and is highly responsive. If you own or know of any you would like to suggest please comment below and we will contact you via private message if we are interested.

We at Ultibit would like very much to get in contact with Cointerra and find out why they have set and refused to change our billing and shipping addresses from an unaffiliated 3rd party to our details when we can readily prove that we own both the account and the email address on it thats never changed as well as the payment address. We have already called Cointerra with no response, emailed with no response, tweeted with no response and left a voice mail with no response.

If you're using escrow or planning on it, it's not a requirement but we do prefer if you can email us with your txID, payout address and signature details for your payout address (and payment address if its different) as well. That way we can back your case better in future if there is a problem as well as manage the billing and customer service better. If you've already sent a payment through John K. and would like quicker response times and better service then please email us the above details to info@ultibit.com

We apologize for the delay. You can find all the available updates on our Twitter https://twitter.com/TheUltibit and Facebook https://www.facebook.com/TheUltibit pages as we post all up to date notifications there. Alternatively you might like to check the Cointerra website https://cointerra.com/status-updates/ yourself. We will make sure to inform all share holders about any relevant news from Cointerra on shipping dates. Hi! Is there any news coz I'm member of "early January" batch? Any info please? I'm asking here coz sent message to ultibit and no answer. Thanks. Regards.

As John is our escrow provider we are in touch with John K. otherwise we would consider alternative escrow services. From Nov 29 until early January, John K disappeared. Have you spoken with John about this and is this unlikely to happen again?
My point is this: I am concerned about this happening again as it happened without warning very recently. We do understand your concern and we will take the right precautions to prevent any unpleasant situations.

The price of the machine still remains the same, which makes it impossible for us to drop the price of the shares. As mentioned on our website http://ultibit.com/machines/terraminerIV4/index.html when we manage to buy the machine at a lower rate then expected we do provide all customers with a refund. So far we have managed to refund our customers more than 10 BTC. 0.2 40gh/s for April?! it is crazy! :| could we get some profit from this?

We cannot disclose any information that might lead to tracking of the hosting facility as it would be dangerous: we would never want to be tracked down and have possible robbers steal our machines. We can however upload pictures of the inside of the hosting facility. If we can provide any other evidence we will surely do so. TerraMiner IV 1 Bought!

We have put on our website a link to the Cointerra website because we are not responsible for any chages that they may apply to their Miner Protection Program. We cannot quote information that might be subject to changes in the future. We are not Cointerra and therefore we are not responsible for their content. We have however gone ahead and asked them on your behalf what their Miner Protection Program is about so that you can have a direct up to date reply from them. As soon as we have feedback we will let you know. Yes, that is obvious. What is less obvious is why you would put a link to an unaccessible page in your FAQ - without a CoinTerra login it doesn't really answer anything, does it? I don't have a CoinTerra login, so the link doesn't tell me anything, and that is why I'm asking if you can tell me what it is... The protection program is on the Cointerra's website that is why a login is requied. The faq on your website referes to a buyer protection program, but the link is to a page which requires login, so what is that, exactly?
