Just read the notice on Poloniex. I must say it's much better than Bittrex, they won't even block users from withdrawing their funds, while Bittrex won't even update the fact that you're not allowed to withdraw, or even the reasons why you can't withdraw, and from what I've been reading and experiencing, they won't even email you back when you email them about not being able to withdraw (keep in mind that at first you have no idea what's going on). It sucks that I will have to send them my ID in order to get all my money out and use another exchange. And I rather not use Bittrex again simply because the way in which they are handling this just feels very, very shady, that it really does not make me trust what they would do with users information. Look at how Poloniex actually gives you a warning, versus complete secrecy by Bittrex.
I completely agree. Despite the lack of support, poloniex did not block accounts as Bittrex did. If an account was blocked, there was always an opportunity to make a withdrawal. That I appreciate! How to be with the frozen accounts? and lack of answers? |

I'm beginning to think so as well. 3 months and I haven't got any response from them. Not even a initial one regarding my issue. LOL. I submitted a ticket on October 21st. Nothing to this day!. You decide!

Про данную биржу лучше забыть, уйма людей пытаются вернуть свои деньги, сплошные недовольные и обманутые, медленные помощники, в общих чертах минусы берут верх.
По подробней про уйму людей которые пытаются вернуть свои деньги не расскажите? По подробней про уйму людей которые пытаются вернуть свои деньги не расскажите? А то первый раз слышу про такое хотя на поло сижу уже больше года и не было проблем с ней. Рисует стенки , сама скупает свои стенки, рисует объемы как все, да сейчас хайп вокруг бинанса и даже те коины которых там нет пампит битрикс а не поло, но так бывает, не всегда ж им в лидерах быть. Мне вот тоже интересно увидеть эту "уйму". Об идеальности мы конечно не говорим но за почти год использования ни разу проблем не возникало, недавно выводил лайты, минут 20 заняло. вбей в гугле как разморозить аккаунт полоникс, у меня год было все в порядке, выводил, заводил, на тикеты отвечали в течении 24 часов, сейчас по какой-то ошибке заморозили мой аккаунт, на тикеты не отвечают с 20 декабря, может напишешь в своем аккаунте с просьбой обратить внимание наконец на мой тикет #612595 как оказалось с такой проблемой очень много людей. На счету денег более одного битка |

как действовать?
- аккаунт заморозили 3 недели назад, на вопрос в чем дело ответили на следующий день, суть в том что айпи использовалось скомпрометированное ( пользуюсь впн), но после первого ответа отвечать перестали
- верификацию пройти не удается, после загрузки формы и документа пишет что все отлично и заявка подана и будет рассмотрена и что ее статус можно отслеживать у себя в профайле, но перезагружая страницу и заходя в раздел авторизации я снова вижу форму для заполнения, и ни каких упоминаний о статусе или поданной заявке, повторял 2 раза так как только 1 раз в 3 дня можно операцию проводить, саппорт снова молчит, как добиться результата?

Меня вообще эти чудаки заморозили 3 недели назад, с двадцаткой на балансе, на тикеты не отвечают, верификацию пройти не могу, а говорили на битрексе проблема, там я верификацию с первого раза прошел, вот и че теперь делать  |
