I tried to use recovery phrase but is brings ZERO balance and new ETHER address

Online wallets like blockchain.info and coinbase usually generate new addresses in order to maintain privacy.
Did you have the recovery phrase before this incident or after all this happened ?
If you didn't backup it originally and are trying now, I guess the new recovery phrase is the one that contains your new address only ! That's why when you are trying to import it into another wallet, only the new address is added which has zero balance.
If you had backup of wallet before this incident, then you can certainly recover those ETH.
From my past experience, while creating new address they never remove the older one, you may check the addresses tab for all available addresses...
yes you are right. I have recovery phrase and I didnt backup wallet before. I have all the information and I didnt change anything from my end.
when I noticed that my ether address and balance is changed then I tried to recover it but its still bringing the new address.
I dont find anything in blockchain.info to import old addresses.
there is option for bitcoin address only not for ether.
my question is, why my balance showing zero and why blockchain.info changed my address. as on their wallet they clearly mentioned that ether receive address never change.
Guys please help me
