Having your addresses changed is normal. It's made for a better privacy purposes. I can see that your old address contain ETHER indeed so I will suggest recovering your wallet using Jaxx or Exodus using the same recovery phrase instead of trying Blockchain.info itself.

Thank you so much for your reply. after seeing your reply I can feel that I am still alive and in this world. as no one from blockchain.info or any other forum was replying. i have tried to use recovery phrase using Jaxx and Exodus but its still showing zero balance and still showing new ether address which is showing on blockchain.info New Address: 0x844B27124d83b0e187384f2c2aa65AA9bb0E8aFA my old address: 0xf83509a2E197CB3633e732Ba96A679DCe1C6d5B7 ( how do I import this address) ? I have got all screen shots from blockchain.info for the transaction that is showing I had ether I would pay anyone if they get me my ethereum back. another thing.. I have seen other people who are having same issue https://ethereum.stackexchange.com/questions/31291/blockchain-info-transactions-missing-in-ethereum-wallet

It does appear that the Ether is still showing on the old address. As mentioned, receiving addresses changing is normal due to security issues. Using the recovery phrase for the original wallet address should recover it to whichever wallet you're recovering it into.

how do I get my account back?
only you can make your account back, because only you have 12 seeds. maybe your network is in trouble and you can try it again. have you already got a reply from blockchain support?

I have sent many emails to blockchain.info but no reponse there is no phone number where I can call them and explain situation. I beleive that there is still balance in that ETHER address but somehow that address is not linked to my wallet anymore. I tried to use recovery phrase but is brings ZERO balance and new ETHER address New Address: 0x844B27124d83b0e187384f2c2aa65AA9bb0E8aFA Please help me guys

I checked your old ether address just a minute ago and it has approximately $1600 balance. Your balance is still safe in your wallet as far as you have access to backup and other sensitive data of your wallet. The address change is usual, whenever a transaction is made to your address, your wallet automatically generates new one but all previous addresses remain valid forever

I tried to use recovery phrase but is brings ZERO balance and new ETHER address New Address: 0x844B27124d83b0e187384f2c2aa65AA9bb0E8aFA Please help me guys Online wallets like blockchain.info and coinbase usually generate new addresses in order to maintain privacy. Did you have the recovery phrase before this incident or after all this happened ? If you didn't backup it originally and are trying now, I guess the new recovery phrase is the one that contains your new address only ! That's why when you are trying to import it into another wallet, only the new address is added which has zero balance. If you had backup of wallet before this incident, then you can certainly recover those ETH. From my past experience, while creating new address they never remove the older one, you may check the addresses tab for all available addresses...

I have recovery phrase and I didnt backup wallet before. I have all the information and I didnt change anything from my end. when I noticed that my ether address and balance is changed then I tried to recover it but its still bringing the new address. I dont find anything in blockchain.info to import old addresses. there is option for bitcoin address only not for ether. my question is, why my balance showing zero and why blockchain.info changed my address. as on their wallet they clearly mentioned that ether receive address never change. Guys please help me

Sometime it will take time to show your information in blockchain and even I have experienced many time and after one hour time again transaction show in blockchain. So keep checking your blockchain.

I have a friend in that situation, 4 months ago I sent 1 eth to the address that the blockchain.info app had generated, a QR code. The transaction was confirmed on the spot and everything seemed correct. Now blockchain.info tells that it has 0 eth and there is no way to recover or history. We confirm that blockchain.info is a SCAM? Here is the transaction: https://etherscan.io/address/0x8fF2E08c35D807EB2dC5a9b2A2B1fa738BC0B04D
