1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be careful of strange projects on: March 05, 2019, 04:59:05 PM
Throughout the years, even legit-looking projects turn out to be scams. We need to research the team behind every project before investing. Pretty tiresome, which is why I've stopped investing in new projects for now.
2  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: Buy Affordable Reddit Upvotes - Upvotes.io on: March 05, 2019, 04:50:28 PM
I just read Reddit's security announcement where they said that they would take more action to suppress vote spams or bots (something like that) but upvotes.io seems unaffected by this.

Sounds great since most other upvote services say they can deliver up to 1k upvotes, but almost always end up giving refunds. waste of time, man.

guys, upvotes.io has a 20% sale today. Just use the code 20OFF upon ordering. You can see this announcement on their home page.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [SERVICE][ANN] 💥 Upvotes.io - 🔥Reddit marketing services🔥 - Buy Reddit Upvotes on: January 16, 2019, 01:00:23 PM
After making a post, at which point is it best to have upvotes start coming in? My idea is to have around 5 upvotes per hour instead of 50 coming in all at once. What do you guys think?
5  Economy / Invites & Accounts / Re: Buy Reddit Upvotes - Upvotes.io on: January 11, 2019, 01:50:12 PM
What payment methods do you accept? I've got some BTC and Eth sitting in my wallet. Do you accept crypto? How does it work?

I purchased upvotes earlier today and saw 3 payment methods including crypto. Didn't try it though since I picked Paypal.

Do Bitcoin payments now get instant confirmations? Sadly, I wasn't able to convert my BTC to Eth before its price went severely down. Otherwise, how long before Bitcoin payments get confirmed nowadays?
6  Local / Бayнти и aиpдpoпы / Re: РУССКИЕ ICO on: August 16, 2018, 11:21:32 AM

7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is product a key factor for a project? on: August 10, 2018, 12:28:53 PM
Product is THE key factor in projects since it determines whether people will eventually find the need to use it or not. Some good examples are Menlo One, Eloncity, WePower.  They have REAL products and people are gonna NEED them..
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are ICOs gonna end someday ? on: August 07, 2018, 08:15:21 AM
I think ICOs are just getting started.. We may think that most ICOs are just hype and scams waiting to happen, but with the launch of Menlo One's ICO marketplace, risks will be lessened significantly.. Link to their whitepaper: https://www.menlo.one/
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Too many ICOs on: July 24, 2018, 03:59:07 PM
That's right. So many ICOs now while there are insufficient tools to help retails investors choose the right ones. Future ICOs and investors are lucky that Menlo One has finally launched since they won't need to spend as much on advertising and investors will get unbiased reviews and recommendations without fear of hype. Their whitepaper: https://www.menlo.one
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: One of the best upcoming ICO on: June 19, 2018, 10:37:58 AM
With all of this suggestions I think 80% of them are scam. LOL

Anyway, just look into www.menlo.one they would be a game changer because they will filter out good ICO from the fake ones. Try researching about it and you'll see they have a good concept.

I've seen a few posts about this project and how game changing people claimed it will be. I've done some research and it does seem promising especially since it's platform is decentralized which means no manipulation. I just hope that the white paper does what it says and not disappoint investors once it's got the funding it needs.
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ICO or buy later on exchange ? on: June 19, 2018, 10:12:51 AM
If a project is legit and has intrinsic value, it's definitely not wrong to buy it from the exchange. Why not buy it during ICO though? It's the same token, but a lot cheaper...

ICOs are high risk, high reward ventures that could go either way depending on how well the project was made and if its hitting the interest from its target market. I've lately been researching on a project called MenloOne that's soon to launch as an ICO marketplace wherein its devs said it could help stop fraudulent ICOs with their decentralized platform that utilizes a proof of reputation algorithm. There have been no other projects like this and I can't help but wonder how this might change the way we retail investors approach ICOs.
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A Guild based system by an ICO???? on: June 14, 2018, 12:23:29 PM
This seems far better than letting shady ICO's pay influencers to say shady things i rate....

But how would they do this? It is still possible to pay for an ICO to bribe a community with the right amount of money.

One of the best mission of menlo that people will really love is they make ICO a smooth and easy experience for eveyone. With this kind of system I think it is safe to say that we are in good hands.

I've had reasons to doubt it since "Menlo" wasn't familiar when its name surfaced, but I ended up liking its concept after checking out KoreanJew's interview with Menlo's founder. Now, there are 2 scenarios that come to mind; 1. A lot of people will flood in and embrace this unique platform and instantly change the way we approach all ICOs. 2. People remain skeptical since I heard being a contributor in their platform would mean spending some Eth to buy tokens and stuff.

Anyway, here's the video I watched for those who might be interested: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rw1QBpBYE6o&feature=youtu.be
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Any good upcoming ICO for 2018 ? on: June 14, 2018, 11:10:15 AM

Cryptocurrency is a vehicle that creates opportunities that otherwise wouldn't exist. Unlike the previous gold rush (with physical gold), wherein only a select few were able to really participate and take advantage, anyone with a phone can now literally get involved.

Furthermore with Menlo One, we will easily be able to see all their listed ICOs laid out for us to choose from and participate in them with a few clicks of a button, thus giving us an even better chance of making profits from our investments.

At first glance I though they only offered similar features as ICOBench and a bunch of other ICO websites, which is why I was skeptical about their token sale announcement. That is until I  viewed some of their CEO's interview videos on YouTube. This project does seem interesting and would be really awesome if they can deliver and maintain what they promise to offer.

Am I understanding this correctly? An ICO for ICOs? lol This is pretty interesting and different.. It's like ICObench, but I guess it has an option for us to buy right from the same platform right?
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN]Ⓜ️ MENLO ONE Ⓜ️ COMPETITION & STOX PARTNERSHIP! [ICO] on: June 14, 2018, 10:34:59 AM
Has anyone already signed up for the Menlo token sale? Any idea about the minimum amount required to join?
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Paybear Token plans for an ICO on: May 30, 2018, 07:24:55 AM
I saw Paybear's booth in NYC early this month. My question is, since Bitcoin payments are slow and cost higher than other coins, will it still be the same if we use a merchant with Paybear's system?

I think it still goes through the blockchain though. At least the payment platform/gateway itself works fast and has minimal fees. There's still an advantage with Paybear as opposed to Paypal.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 2018 is stabity year ? on: May 16, 2018, 12:32:03 PM
gaining more users won't matter especially if cryptocurrencies remain unable to access local businesses.. They need to be regulated first before we can see the end of this controversy surrounding the crypto space.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Where to put $20k? on: May 08, 2018, 07:56:39 AM
Try to spread your coin to a variety of tokens, maybe try invest to ETH, EOS, ADA and other top tier cryptocurrency so that you'll be safer. But if you're a risk taker try to invest to an ICO because it offers more profit than investing to existing coins. The decision is up to you bro.
If you are into long term holding, you should choose a good coin and I agree with the coin you mentioned.
$20,000 is such a good amount and we can expect that you can see a x10 profit at least in the long run, but still depend on our target.

I wouldn't really put everything into Crypto and would choose a regulated asset such as stocks or mutual funds to keep most of my funds safe. You can put probably $2k or $5k into a 'worthy' alt coin but the fact that it isn't regulated means that you should be cautious with your money.
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is 2018 the start of REAL ICOs?? on: April 10, 2018, 04:43:02 PM
Does the year even matter? Do you see less scams based on the year? Can people predict the future? Legit questions you need to ask yourself before posting something so dumb, I couldn't ignore it.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Swap bitcoin to alts on: April 09, 2018, 03:10:54 PM
It may not be right decision in my opinion because altcoins are more volatile and not that much trusted as bitcoin so invest on altcoins with your own risk but it can give more profits than bitcoin holdings. But I never swap my bitcoins into anything. Cheesy

in addition to this, Bitcoin's buying power is very much less because its price has declined significantly. It would be best to not buy anything with it at the moment imho.
20  Economy / Economics / Re: Buying a house with BTC on: April 07, 2018, 05:45:34 AM
Buying a house with BTC could be a risky trade-off since we don't know whether BTC will stay at its current value or go up significantly higher.. The positive thing about this though, is that a house (with its land) is sure to increase in value through the years.
