Hi CEX team,
I am waiting for verification of my USD cryptocapital account and at the same time for withdrawal from 5/1/2018 without any progress. Also ticket was created (599591)
Where is the problem? Such time is not acceptable! In the past in case of EUR cryptocapital account it was only 1 day.
Such response time is not a good sign of your trustfulness.
Please act and solve my issue as soon as possible.

Kindly wait until the end of the specified period. Are you sure we are talking about the same ticket? Because the reply of your support team was to my another ticket - EUR withdrawal. But I still have problem with my USD withdrawal to my USD Crypto Capital account. Are you sure, that my USD Crypto Capital account is verified too? Not only my EUR CC account? Because by verification of my EUR CC account I was informed about that by your team via mail. But now, by USD CC account verification I have no replies (except automated) from your team since 5/1/2018. So once again my question - is my USD Crypto Capital Account really verified? (again, I am not talking about my EUR Crypto Capital account) BTW, mentioned 3-8 days period has passed. I hope my request will be processed in a very short time.How is the time frame for Crypto Capital? I see a lot of bad things said about Crypto Capital. How is your experience with Crypto Capital (using it to transfer money between exchanges and not withdraw)? I am particularly interested to know how long it takes to withdraw from Cex.io to Crypto Capital? And how long it takes to deposit from Crypto Capital to another exchange? Currently the SEPA withdrawal requests use to stay in "Pending" for about 3 days.
It used to be 1 day delay not long time ago...
Can you please give an estimation when to expect a speed-up confirmations?

Just join us. There is the following group on Facebook: Cex.io Fraudulent Scam Exchange. We are starting a legal action to get our money back and get this joke exchange closed... The more we are the better. Well, thanks for the invite but so far I'm not in this position... I've got paid by cex every single time, for every penny, even if I had to wait one month+ at some point. I totally agree they are extremely slow responsive, slow resolving, difficult to communicate and understand the isssue or avoiding straight answers etc. but never kept 1 penny from what I withdraw. The biggest problem is the slowness in everything, from communicating to resolving issues ending with deposit/withdrawal times and confirmation delays. They have a huge PR problem which once they'll ever solve, it will make an awesome exchange as it used to be back in 2013... But probably this is just the Russian way to handle a business, who knows... |

after 10 days i got my btc. i guess they solved the issue manually. i lost money at the end. i will not thank you. you dont hav any excuse. you have to be professional. i am not sure about using your service anymore. good luck to others about the crypto and fiat withdrawels.

Anyone from CEX around here? A couple of days ago I have asked for a bank transfer withdrawal for quite a big amount but I'm started to get concerned with all the bad advertising you have on internet and the time it will take to get processed.... (on other exchanges I get my money back after 1 to 3 days generally) but it seems I'll have to wait forever here as people speak about a month  wtf.... How can you guys suck so much? It's not complicated to automate payment processing... I understand you might be massively understaffed and I feel sorry for you guys who have to go through all that mess. Pretty sure the management of your company is too retarded and cheap to realize you are just on the way to lose all your clients with this bad publicity.... If you don't fix all these issues ASAP you'll just go out of business in 6 months (I hope I'll have my money bad that time though) while the industry you are working in is exploding.... Great job!!!! In any case I was just wondering if it is possible to cancel a bank transfer payment (not with a 1 month delay of course otherwise I'll just wait for my payment) since I'm just thinking to go to my bank and ask for a visa card to try withdrawing through visa it might be much faster. I don't see any option to cancel my "forever" pending withdrawal request. Worst case I'll just get out with crypto... of course provided you pay enough fees for people to be able to get their transactions verified. I mean wtf are you doing as well with paying ridiculous fees so that crypto get stuck in the blockchain forever.... Theoretically the BTC is yours, it's a matter of time, but practically the time tends to become indefinite... The BTC will arrive to your address at some point in time but this might take weeks, months, or years, all depending on the transactions pool congestion which is notorious for BTC The other alternative is to have CEX work it out by increasing the fees for the specific transaction which I know it's possible, but here we end up with the same CEX congestion in their departments to prioritize, take action and solve the issue... which by previous experience with CEX support, it also takes lot of time One thing (because I read en earlier post), it's not your job to pay $5k to btc.com for increasing the fees to release the transaction, it's CEX responsible to solve this. Bottom line, what you have to do is wait, forget it for a while... they are yours but they are locked, You have not lost it but you also can't use it The BTC will go to your address eventually but you can't do anything to speed it up or use them for the following period. |

i ask for withrawal to visa 2017-12-25 12:28:53 -366.00 USD 0.69 WITHDRAW, got euros insted of $ on visa on 2017-12-28 , but i dont care, in bank thhey say thats my country regulation is that we get only euros, but dont know.
Then you are lucky, because I got 13000+ USD instead of 13000+ EUR. So have a loss of 2180EUR, and they are ignoring me for 3 weeks everywhere, on e-mail, on this thread, on twitter, and so on. Please guys be careful with CEX. They only reply on social media to show as if they are helping you and then they ignore you for 3+ weeks  IMHO ... they are not ignoring you, it's just that your ticket may still be in the queue, it's a fact they are greatly behind dealing with issues ... they solve the support tickets FIFO |

I'm expecting too, but I think we need to be patient @vearns asked withdraw 5284... like 2 days ago and received today @LeoBand you have 5290... while I expect for 5297... and 5299... I suppose they will release tomorrow... I just received my withdrawals too ... Thank you guys for sharing the information with the comunity also when your issues are getting solved with Cex, not only when the issues appear. I mean let's be fair... indeed they are slow and struggling but still... it's obvious they try to keep up... imho |

Really frightening message from Trustpilot:
"I wanted to inquire something, so I went to visit their office ("2nd Floor, 1-5 Clerkenwell Road, London, EC1M 5PA, United Kingdom" on their website) only to find that there was NO CEX OFFICE there. I thus asked the businesses on that specific floor on that address, and they said that they've never heard of Cex.Io, however, another person came looking for them before and also couldn't find them.
Long story short, the address they have is fake. They do not have a physical office and no one at that address has heard of them. This is very suspicious, and I thus decided not to deal with them. It's good that I didn't as many people seem to be struggling to withdraw money from them (they have a dodgy system where you can buy bitcoin without verification, but can only withdraw with verification, and seem to be refusing verification of accounts.)."
I can agree it's very suspicious with the fake address, what I can't agree is with payments because every time I got my SEPA withdrawals. It's true some times with big delays, even one month delay but even here I understood where their problem was, they replaced the not reliable payment processor with a very reliable one who pays super fast. I also can't comment for card withdrawals or other issues related to delays of deposits, verification etc because I'm not using these channels and my verification is good anyway. |

I have now been waiting since 7th December (13 days) for my deposit to be processed. I sent £2000 and reading through the post on here I am very concerned that I have been defrauded.
Please can you get this processed as a matter of priority. Looking on the forums it seems many other customers are in the same position. You tout yourselves as 'the bitcoin exchange you can trust' but I'm finding that increasingly difficult to believe.
Just hurry up and credit my deposit! I called my bank and it went through same day, you have been holding my money for 10 days!!

Update: Still no reply from CEX.IO. No replies from CEX.IO to any posts on here for 9 days now. Still no sign of my £2000. It's not looking very good is it? Calm down, they will fix you eventually, it's just that they move extremely slow... Haven't you read the 100's of messages from people they have ripped off then? Well I see a lot of people complain and me too, many times, read my posts But I rarely see people admit when their issue is finally solved. I had all my issues solved with cex eventually, even if it took a month and I'm fair to admit that every issue was solved in the end |

I have a Pending Bank transfer withdrawal for 3 days now, for how long should I expect to wait until they release it?
They used to make payments (release funds - ftom Pending to Completed) every day around mid day to late afternoon... Recently, since about one week, they are not doing it, it's just ocasionally once in 2-3 days they are paying... I'm saying it for sure, as I used to withdraw almost every day.. I am concerned because I think they are in serious trouble with liquidity, waiting deposits from other users so they can aford to pay the withdrawals... That could also be the reason they increased the fees dramatically which will further push traders away from their platform. Seems the company has a really bad management, bad support and bad customer care which will eventually lead to getting the doors closed sooner or later. I'm sad because I liked Cex, being with them since 4 or 5 years now... Apparently Cex stooped processing payments, the withdrawals status remain "Pending" for all my requests since last week and no update since ... Can anyone confirm the same situation? Also, Cex haven't answered on this topic since more then week ... |
