Hey everybody,
we know that you all want to know what happened in the last months and how we want to go on.
Well let us start from the beginning. We founded this company because we wanted to give our customers the best cloud mining experience and the highest profits.
We were so confident that we personally put a lot of money in this company. 25% of the companies assets came from our own savings.
After a lot of research and calls that were made, we decided to order most of our mining equipment from HashFast. At the time we ordered we were assured that the miners would be shipped at the end of november. To be exactly we were told that the devices would probably go out on the 22nd November. At that time everything looked perfect and it seemed they were on track for delivering in november.
As november came we were told by HashFast that there would be a 3 weeks delay and we would get our miners mid december. Time passed and all we heard from HashFast were excuses over excuses.
Fortunately we had also ordered from another manufacturer called Bitmine. Unfortunately they delivered the devices with a month 3 delay. Our order should have been shipped in january.
We know that you have a lost of money, but we have too.
We are most definately not a scam, we are a registered company in Germany. We refunded everyone who was entitled for a refund and wanted one. We are now trying to make good to all our customers who suffered from a delay.
We are now offering bitcoin mining contract that start directly with a weekly payout into your bitcoin wallet.
We had some nice talks and meetings with the CEO of Mining Asics Technologies a netherlands based ASIC manufacturer for SHA-256 (Bitcoin) and Scrypt (Litecoin) mining devices. We decided to form a partnership with them. They are building some pretty great Litecoin miners and will be delivering in july. Their offices are only 30km from ours. We have taken precautions so that something like the HashFast debacle doesn`t happen again. With this miners we will first of all compensate our existing customers with Mh/s of scrypt mining power free of any charge. We have also started to take preorders for Scrypt mining contracts.
We are sure that with this new partnership we will start a new era of scrypt cloud mining.

After the advertisement period we will announce the winners << is this a kind of contest ?
if it were a contest then people that are not in the winner list will waste 14 days of advertising for nothing. i think it would be better to be a first come first served
I have to agree, at least part of the prizes could go first come first served. I can keep the advertisment on my sig for the duration i get the offer for. Or even longer, that's not a problem  We will talk about it in our next meeting tomorrow. I will keep you posted. |

That`s right. I`m still sure we can start the contracts next month. If we don`t you can get a refund via Paypal in July. So you can order now and if we don`t deliver within this 45 days, you will get your money back.

Jeder weiß wie es um Mining-Hardware steht Das einzigste was da garantiert ist, dass man Verzoegerungen in kauf nehmen muss Es stimmt, auf unserer Seite steht "estimated start date 30.07.14". Es steht aber auch geschrieben "guaranteed start date 30.08.14" und wenn wir nicht bis dahin anfangen, kriegt ihr euer Geld zurück. Wir können also garantieren das wenn wir nicht bis zu diesem Datum anfangen, ihr euer Geld zurück bekommt. Das Risiko hierbei tragen also wir. |

My advice: don't do pre-order.
Because you never know... They may start mining in 2 weeks!
Well that my right for most companies but we guarantee you that if we don`t start within this timeframe of 30 days you can get your money back. So, there is no risk for you. |

Inwiefern ist ltcgear günstiger? Die wollen 45$ für gerade mal 650 kh/s. Bei uns kriegt man für 55$ ganze 1000 kh/s. |

You didn't answer the questions in the first place.. Sorry but ill ask again. What are the total fees, and why the $1400 saving when paying in $US other than BTC?
It seems like there was some kind of misunderstanding here. There is only the electricity fee of 0.08$. There are no administration or pool fees. Sorry for the confusion. |

Das war in Bezug auf das obige Zitat. Tschuldige für die Verwirrung.
Falls wir nicht innerhalb des 30 Tage Zeitfensters, also bis zum 30 August anfangen zu minen, kriegt ihr euer Geld zurück und zwar ohne wenn und aber. Niemand anders bietet euch eine solche Garantie.

Nicht selbst gelesen, aber bevor jemand darüber nachdenkt dort Kunde zu werden. zudem hat ASICs Mining Technologies bis jetzt nichts vorzuweisen... Mimocloud contract:
Section 12, they can cancel the contract at any time without refund.
Section 9, you have two weeks from date of purchase to request a refund. Since the contract doesn't start in October, by the time you realize it is a shitty deal you can't refund.
Section 6a, they can change the terms of the contract at any time, without you having any recourse.
Wir haben übrigens unsere Terms of Sale überarbeitet. Die oben genannten Aussagen betreffen unsere alten, und stimmen so übrigens gar nicht. Section 12, die litecoin und dogecoin contracts haben eine Laufzeit von 12 Monaten. Wir können nicht eure Bestellung stornieren ohne euch euer Geld zurück zu geben. Section 6a, Wir können den Vertrag nur ändern wenn das keine Nachteile für den Kunden hat. Das garantierte Startdatum wurde übrigens auf den 30 August geändert. Wenn wir nicht bis dann liefern kriegt ihr ohne wenn und aber euer Geld zurück. Mining Asics Technologies B.V. liegt übrigens immer noch im Zeitplan für eine Lieferung im nächsten Monat, also Juli. Wir werden die mining plans starten sobald wir die Geräte haben. Wir glauben an unseren Partner und wir wollen unsere Kunden zufrieden sehen. |

Also, we are a registered company in Germany. We were founded in 2013. We can`t just take your money and run away. We have proof that we are paying our customers out their bitcoins every sunday. Please take a look at the blockchain links.

I don't think they really care. The contract doesn't begin until October, at which point we can all be pretty sure this won't be profitable (thats assuming they don't just run off with the money of course). Assuming they actually honor the terms of the contract, it will be all profit for them regardless.

Hey there, we have revised our Terms of Sale,please take a look. Section 12, the litecoin and dogecoin contracts have a duration of 12 months. We can`t just cancel your order without a refund. Section 6a, 'MimoCloud' reserves the right to revise, amend and add to the 'TOS', as long as this does not cause any disadvantages for the customer. We have also changed the guaranteed start date to the 30th August. If we don`t start till this date, you can get a refund. M.A.T. is still on track for delivering their miners in July. We will start your mining contracts as soon as we have the hardware.We believe in our Partner (Mining Asics Technologies B.V.) and we want to make our customers satisfied. |
