That's a new one, a pre-order for cloud hashing!
I see some picture of Mining Asic Technologies on the website, but which exact miners do you use for your SHA-256 and Scrypt mining operation?

How do you figure it is a nice price? Lets list the problems....
1. It isn't 55 dollars. They charge a weekly fee that is conveniently not mentioned here. 2. The terms of the contact stipulate that they can start mining as late as 9-30-14. So basically October. You think $55+weekly maintainance fee per Mh/s is really going to be profitable come October? 3. No mention of what they're mining with. And no ability to point the "miners" at your own pool. Obviously we don't know for sure, but this is the classic formula for a company that isn't actually mining, just collecting payments and paying out via those payments.
Those are the cons, what are the pros?
1. Well, I guess you can save time, by combining two different scams, the preorder scam and the contract mining scam, into one deal. I'm waiting for the day these rip off companies take it one step further and just start selling btc at like 4-3, pay us 1BTC for .75BTC or something like that. Would amount to the same thing and save everyone a lot of time and hassle.

$0.08/mh per week for electricity fee? In germany? I call bullshit. What miners are you basing this on?

Thats not the hole fee its just a part of the fee we take from the client!
I believe it's "whole".. But anyhow lets have a look at your product description: (Taken from your website) Product Description 500 MH/s Mining Power
Weekly Litecoin Payouts to your wallet. 0% Administrative Fee (included)
0.08$ power fee per MH/week No forced re-investment
Not the hole fee you say? Please explain your fees a little more clearer so I can understand a bit more about them. Also a very important issue I picked up here that makes completely no sense to me, lets go with your 500mh contract. Your prices: BTC38 or US$20,000 At current rates that is a discount of around $1300 when paying in US$.. What's the story with this?

You didn't answer the questions in the first place.. Sorry but ill ask again. What are the total fees, and why the $1400 saving when paying in $US other than BTC?

I can't find what the other fees are that you are talking about ^^^ From your website terms and conditions: b. The estimated start date for the batch 1 litecoin mining plans is the 07.30.14. The guaranteed start date is the 09.30.14. I see what you did there

That's quite a range you have there! 7/30 to 9/30. Basically noob bait. "Did we say July no no it starts in October silly!" Precisely, so if anyone is willing to invest $55/mh for July start with only $0.08/mh fee per week then that is an absolute bargain as far as I can see. Pointers for offering refunds too. However with this clause in play and wait till October still want to invest? Ill make a better offer to potential customers, how does $50/mh sound? Because I can guarantee you by that time there will be faster cheaper more energy efficient miners out there that will make me tonnes of money at $50/mh but I will not guarantee that you will make any ROI at that rate now by October. Mimocloud, you have also made another HUGE error on your site and post here. You claim your cloud mining packages begin at $55/mh, and you are selling 500mh packages for $20,000. I'm no genius but my calculator puts that at $40/mh. What's the story behind this? Because even with those $0.08/mh fees, your still only paying an extra $2080 per year for hosting/fees. That takes you to $44.16/mh. Still not $55/mh.

I don't think they really care. The contract doesn't begin until October, at which point we can all be pretty sure this won't be profitable (thats assuming they don't just run off with the money of course). Assuming they actually honor the terms of the contract, it will be all profit for them regardless. Couple of interesting points about the contract that you may not have noticed:
Section 12, they can cancel the contract at any time without refund. Section 9, you have two weeks from date of purchase to request a refund. Since the contract doesn't start in October, by the time you realize it is a shitty deal you can't refund. Section 6a, they can change the terms of the contract at any time, without you having any recourse.

Hey there, we have revised our Terms of Sale, please take a look. Section 12, the litecoin and dogecoin contracts have a duration of 12 months. We can`t just cancel your order without a refund. Section 6a, 'MimoCloud' reserves the right to revise, amend and add to the 'TOS', as long as this does not cause any disadvantages for the customer. We have also changed the guaranteed start date to the 30th August. If we don`t start till this date, you can get a refund. M.A.T. is still on track for delivering their miners in July. We will start your mining contracts as soon as we have the hardware. We believe in our Partner (Mining Asics Technologies B.V.) and we want to make our customers satisfied.
