Yes.  Blockchain.info.  I know the site is currently down, but the situation described occurred yesterday when the site was up and running.

Help!  My computer stopped displaying my blockchain identifier.  I have my password and mnemonic.  I tried my usual emails for the recovery process, but blockchain is not recognizing any of them.  I submitted a help ticket to blockchain, but have yet to receive a response.  Any suggestions?
