Lost Identifier

Help!  My computer stopped displaying my blockchain identifier.  I have my password and mnemonic.  I tried my usual emails for the recovery process, but blockchain is not recognizing any of them.  I submitted a help ticket to blockchain, but have yet to receive a response.  Any suggestions?

When you say "blockchain" do you mean "blockchain.info"?
The website is currently down

Yes.  Blockchain.info.  I know the site is currently down, but the situation described occurred yesterday when the site was up and running.

Thanks, monbux, but that is not the problem.  This all occurred yesterday when the site was up.
