don't be stupid, no one is sending you a single cent first, even if you did $1 trades, a newbie with 1 activity saying you have to go first or send small amounts always ends in the crapper. If you wanna deal with this newbie then use an escrow or avoid like a plague if he refuses. You go first, but we can make small amounts, no problem.
