can people in here post which pool you are mining to, and what your last 24-hour result has been for a single Antminer A3 ?

I have been mining Luxor Pool for 2 days, and have a payoput thus far of 2500+ siacoin, BUT it says there is a 24 hour ramp-up period, so i have no idea exactly how much of that has been int he last 24 hours...

I'm curious to compare the payouts of the various sicoin pools for the last 24 hour period

4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Bitmain Antminer A3 - Bitmain away? won't finish processing my order!?? on: January 23, 2018, 04:11:06 PM
Does anybody know if Bitmain monitors the forums here? Perhaps someone could direct me to someone who works for the company in a support capacity that is active on these forums?

I placed an order for an Antminer A3 on January 18th . when i placed the order, the shopping cart told me to deposit 1.40203463 BCH and gave me the address. here is that transaction:

tx:   365ea10028c694fdd96fe9354c55a3418276a1e795a5af726e75d46d641c40f0
 1.40203463 BCH

AFTER i already paid, they sent me an invoice saying that i I actually owed 1.40312553. I figured maybe this was due to a fluctuation between the price of BCH when i placed the order,  so i went ahead and sent two more transactions to hit the 1.40312553 number:

tx:  f391671e4a7a7cb3f3183af30a73e796efbbed7c298d8c2ace341d08b87480af
 0.00010909 BCH
tx:  c08fa501bfeb965c3fddebe519293a3a9d1d0e42fff940e91904744327e0d68c
 0.00098181 BCH

total sent: 1.40312553

I sent them an email via the support ticket line, listing all 3 transactions, and asking them to finish processing my order.

Keep in mind, ALL transactions were sent AND confirmed on the blockchain within 30 minutes of placing the original order.

Now, AFTER I sent all three transactions, and sent them a notification that i paid in full, I get an email from their tech support, some guy named Hong Wang, telling me they only received 1.40203463 BCH and that i need to send MORE BCH to finish the transaction or the payment link will expire soon!!!  AND, this was in REPLY to the support ticket email i sent them, that listed ALL 3 Transactions.  All 3 of which were already confirmed on the blockchain and could be easily checked.

after this, i was just really upset, because i feel like they just took my BCH through manipulation tactics, so i contacted them every way possible including phone, online support, and email support, all departments, but they have that away message up, saying that they are away from the office Jan 15th to Jan 25th, even though i know several people who are in active contact with them presently during this 'away' period for other issues.

Does anybody have any suggestions what my next course of action should be?

Hi Kano,

if i understood correctly, payments for blocks 501739 and 501835 are both still pending, right?

I get it that for 501835, we need the next block in order to confirm it ourselves.

It appears, however, that 502739 has been OK'ed for some people, or am I mistaken?
Nope, 501739 was not mature when we found the last block 501835
501835 - 501739 = 96 which is less than 100
Yep we got 501835 too soon Smiley

Kano, I am STILL waiting for my payments for blocks 501739 and 501835( both matured according to your stats ).... blocks 503173 have since matured, and 503342 has matured too.. i havent had any payouts yet. Ive double checked my wallet address, it is correct.

when are you paying out bro...

HI Kano,

is there a way for you to help me Accelerate two transactions? i sent them from a very old wallet to my new wallet, at the time i didnt know how much the fees hiked since the old wallet software was built. the fee attached to the TX below are 0.0002, and 0.0004 respectively, and i don't knwo hwo to get them accelrated, theyve been stuck in limbo for a week + now:

9fa92a28c197cd050368885d9af530ef18239e042de903a65da23166e1f6a83c

thanks for any help you can lend!

Payouts can't be sent before the block matures - that's the rules of bitcoin.
So after 101 blocks after we find the block, I send out the payout.

It wont be confirmed quickly coz I don't want to spend $2000 out of my pocket on every block adding fees.
I'm not gonna try running the pool at a big loss and use up my BTC Smiley
(that's about how much is necessary at the moment to match the expected Satoshi per Kb)
So what I (usually) do is put 42,000 sat fee on every block - only about $5 dollars.

If fees are low and blocks aren't full, then some pool will possibly pick it up and confirm it.
If fees are not low, then it's unlikely to get picked up.

I also put the payout into our work, thus if any payouts already sent out are not confirmed when we find a block, the block will confirm them.

Thus the explanation as it says on the Help->Payouts page:
Quote
When are payments sent out?

The block 'Status' must first reach '+101 Confirms' on the Blocks page, and then is flagged as 'Matured', before the reward is distributed.
The block reward transaction is created manually some time before the block matures, and sent out automatically a minute after the block matures.

The payout may use a zero fee transaction, so we will confirm it with the next block we find after the transaction is sent out.
You may not see the transaction in your wallet before the first confirm.

... with an extra bit that it might be confirmed earlier (but unlikely) if fees are very low, and as I do most of the time, if I added a 42,000 sat fee.

so i just started mining on Kano pool a few days ago, and there are two payouts already listed, i am mining with an antminer S9. for whatever reason, i havent gotten paid out yet, even though the payout according to the FAQ is immediately after the block gets listed as 'matured' ( 101 confirmations ).

I double checked my payment address, and it is correct...

can anyone offer advice on how i handle this?
