1  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: 15BTC Stolen - All gone, what do I do now? on: September 18, 2013, 06:51:39 AM
To clear things up, I am not a scammer. They are all just 'warnings' from members who are probably scammers themselves.
the last 15BTC was to pay the final work for our coders, which was now unable to be completed.

I suggest accusations are something you should all hold back on and instead worry about yourselves.

3  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / 15BTC Stolen - All gone, what do I do now? on: September 17, 2013, 12:13:03 PM
So, yesterday my company's wallet was either bruteforced or somehow hacked....We lost 15BTC which was most of our coding fees down the drain.

We are not left with an abandoned project, unhappy coders and bankruptcy.

Does anyone know any ideas or have any suggestions on what to do now? Any ways of trying at least to earn the money back?

15BTC is a lot of money (in my eyes anyway) and I don't believe that it is fair for it to be taken from under my feet.

I had 2 factor auth on and my email linked...still didn't manage to protect my wallet.
I have no rat/keylogger on my PC (Mac OS X) and I have scanned multiple times.

reported to blockchain and they can't do anything about it.

If anyone can help, ANYONE, I will be GREATLY appreciative, even of your suggestions.

Thank you.

4  Economy / Securities / Where to invest my bitcoins?? on: September 15, 2013, 10:50:19 AM
Hello BitcoinTalk!

I have around 15BTC ready to invest...I have no more outstanding loans and my company is set to begin development of our new wallet.
I don't want to just leave the 15BTC sitting there, so do any of you have ideas on where I might be able to invest it?

If so, please post below Smiley

Thank you!
5  Economy / Lending / Re: 1.5BTC Loan, 2BTC Repayment in 7 days on: September 14, 2013, 03:32:04 PM
What are you putting up as collateral?
Hello members of BitcoinTalk
I may be new here, but my intentions are quite clear and I plan on being here to make successful business with future business partners.
A highly experience team of professional programmers and marketers, along with myself, are in the process of developing a NEW Online wallet solution that is quick, easy and extremely profitable for future users. One of the highlighted benefits are the extremely low fees, along with the advanced API we are currently in the process of creating...which is what brings me here.
After a late projection, it seems we will only be a few BTC short from paying our developers...this has caused some last minute cuts, which leaves us short about 5BTC. We are definitely able to buy all of that BTC, though we see this as a test and as a future business bridge and a form of trust between ourselves and the members of BitcoinTalk by offering an opportunity for you to help the development of our Online Wallet Solution.

What are we asking for?
We are asking for a loan of 1.5 Bitcoins, which will be repaid within 7 days.

How much will be returned?
A total amount of 2 Bitcoins will be repaid within 7 days of the initial loan.

What is the purpose of the loan?
As explained above, the loan will be going towards our development team who will be making the final touches to the online wallets API and core functions.

How can you trust us?
Well, it is definitely up to you to decide that. We plan on providing a 100% functional and high standard online wallet within a matter of a month...As said above, your loan will establish a sense of trust between BitcoinTalk and our future company.

We hope to see an interested investor/lender soon, and that maybe this can be a future prospect for us all.

Best Regards,

Alison Zan

P.S After reading around the forum, I have noticed a few things to ensure trust between our trade...I am willing to provide:
- Proof of Identity (License)
- Proof of Address/Residence (Utility Bill)

I will not provide anything else unless I think it is necessary, I will also not provide these details to those I think are not trustworthy.

Collateral is a must. Identity, address mean very little, collateral is king.
I have added 100 Litecoins as a collateral

I don't know what virtual world you are living in, though if we have a world war 3, bitcoin is gone. Everything is gone.
the last world war had no effect on technology as there was no internet to destory. Once that little black box in england is gone, we will have to start a fifth of the world again.
Humanity is to reliant on technology, world war 3 is not going to raise bitcoins strength, but it will destroy it along with everything that you use to access it.

That is just my 2 cents Smiley
