Coinexchange KAYi/BTC address is INVALID and I'm stuck with my Kayi coin in mercantox and money lost!

Can't send Kayi from Mercatox to Coinexchange, it says invalid address. What's happening with this? Kayi in Mercatox is down 4000% of it's value before, is this some kind of scam or what?

Same thing happened to me, when will we have an address to send Kayi on Mercatox?

Ok, for all the guys that have Kayi coin frozen on Cryptopia do the following:

1. Add Token on MyweatherWallet
   a. click on "send ehther and tokens" up left
   b. Far corner on the right click "add custom token"
   c. Add the following in the blank spaces:
       Token Contract Address : 0xD5DcCFAE66c623e147Fdbd0a0981Ea5CC3d5C7ea
       Token Symbol : KAYI
       Decimals : 18

And there you go, you added the Kayi token to your wallet, now to send it to this recipient check the wonderful step by step first shared by our user friend yousif1001 on this link:

To accommodate this change the 'swap' is being done via Cryptopia. This exchange allows you to send messages and balances directly between Cryptopia users, the importance of which will become apparent shortly.

1 - Send all KayiSats to your Cryptopia account, if you do not have an account, create one as outlined above.
2 - Create an erc20 compliant Ethereum address/wallet which will be receiving your KayiETH
3 - In Cryptopia there are 2 steps needed. Transfer Funds and Send a Message

To Transfer Funds
Hover over the Bitcoin symbol next to your name at the top right after logging in
Click on 'Transfer'
Click the 'Select a Currency' drop down and type in Kayi to choose the correct funds
Click 'Next'
In the 'Search' box, type 'Kayi' with no quotation marks, then press 'Verify User'
A section will appear with Your Name and Kayi, arrows pointing between the two and a 'Balance' section
Click on your Kayi Balance
Enter your PIN
Click 'Next'
To Send A Message
Click on your username at the top right, this will take you to your Account
On the left of your screen click 'Messages'
In the middle there is a Green button called 'New', click it
In Recipiants put the name 'Kayi' with no quotation marks
In the Subject I put - 'Kayi Sats - Eth' and 'Kayi Amount'
In the Message I included my 'ETH Wallet Address' and 'Amount Transferred'
Click 'Submit'
The Transfer and Message MUST come from the same user on Cryptopia

When I did the above Kayi got back to me within a couple of hours.

And Kayi will send you all of your crypto into your wallet.

I have done exactly like @yousif1001 said in that clear and well written step by step guide yesterday, transferred all my kayisats to Kay and sent him a message afterwards with my MEW address, but still nothing or any response.
Kayi, could you please check and please send the coins to the address given in the message sent? Thank you
