I downloaded the app, clicked on add wallet, scanned my qr code, and the synchronize with blockchain server goes on and on, after 20 some minutes times out, never loads wallet.
Is this a known problem? How to fix?

A good economy is when everyone who wants a job can have one. The wages for work is on par with the living expenses of a given area. The article quoted is a bunch of flim-flam. FYI here is a good website on statistics: http://www.shadowstats.com/

Here's an article I compiled of Bad Bitcoin Quotes.... from the uninformed. Quotes from facebook, gootube, RT, and other sites. https://medium.com/bitcoin-bits-1/23b8a8a2d5c6“I agree with you about bitcon. The govt. super computers will manufacture thousands of these (eventually) worthless digits, and steal money from everyone else.....just like always!" “Fucking day traders and bots”

these days apple is more like microsoft with these shitty ios7 bugs, updates, and releasing products for "show" rather than waiting for it to be right. looks like time & quality are slipping.

I am so cheap that I hoard BTC.
that's not cheap, that's smart! I'm so cheap, I heat the bed with a hair dryer. double down blankets keep it warm.

I would be interested if: 1. the card never asked for any identifying information. So like a standard gift card, but pre-registered, turn-key 2. I could use it for either credit/debit purchase and/or ATM withdrawals 3. There was no fraud-detection protection built in. It's swipe and go. I wouldn't want to get annoying calls saying "the fraud detection unit thinks your purchase of 100 Thai whores isn't a legit purchase, please confirm or deny so we know if we need to cancel the card." 4. No limit (or a very high limit), nothing retarded like $500
Exactly! captured the essence of bitcoin usability and function.

I have a couple questions re: reading the blockchain.... 1. it looks like several hundred wallet addresses / accounts were emptied into the 1fmb account, click on any "from" address at random, look at a few of them, I see anywhere between 4-10 BTC in each account. What is the purpose of this? 2. if they were in fact DPR's coins, why would he put them in so many small accounts, and how could the fedz get that many wallets & passwords? 3. the addresses to the left of a green arrow are "from" and to the right is the "deposit" how do you deposit from multiple addresses? or is this just how they got hashed? (I don't know a better way to ask this question) never saw a "how to read the blockchain" instructions. thanks. be nice, don't flame.

bitcoin requires no bank. having or using a bank for bitcoin would be stupid. put it in your wallet and leave it there, or spend it, or loan it. I don't recommend loaning it, unless you know and trust the person, get collateral.
without a bank there can be no fractional reserves.
the fractional reserve system is a scam against everyone but the bankers.
