I'm the one who that payment was directed to and the owner of that wallet... I'm willing to help the sender as much as I can.. I really hope he can have his coins back, otherwise insert your wallet here for donations and I'll donate 0.01 btc myself.. Im pretty sure you won't have those 2.8 BTC from donations, but certainly you'd feel the community backs you up!

Dear Hazek or anyone involved with Bitstamp Staff,

I'm accumulating problems dealing with ASTROPAY.. I've been able to throw 60k+ USD during the last 2 months.. But astropay decided to SUSPEND my account due to IDENTIFICATION PURPOSES.

I immediately provided the documentation they asked and after 2 days they RESPONDED SOMETHING RIDICULOUS..

My name is Caio (...) Santo, Which should make sense to them since I UPLOADED my scanned documents: They answered:

"Dear VALERIO MENDONCA DOS SANTOS JUNIOR

We've identified that YOUR account is linked to other registration..
Our compliance team has required those people to provide those documents,
We inform that you account will only be reactivated upon confirmation of those documents.

Sincerely
AstroPay | Equipe de Compliance"

First off, I'm not VALERIO MENDONÇA, I provided my OWN documentation as much as I ONLY initiate deposits through BISTAMP.NET, a place where I'M ALREADY VERIFIED, I sent email to their support to clarify that MAYBE, that VALERIO is something related with BITSTAMP.NET middle-man banking system to work along with ASTROPAY, and if that's the case, them ALL BITSTAMP.NET deposits through ASTROPAY WILL BE HALTED.

I honestly can't understand this, How does one gets a GOVERNMENT ISSUED DRIVING LICENSE and CALL ME ANOTHER NAME with nothing to do with my real name!!

Astropay's support show ABSOLUTELY no support AT ALL, in that matter, since I replied to them immediately and I'M GONNA HAVE TO WAIT 2 DAYS for another shitty COMPLIANCE dumbass answers!

I look extremly forward to keep doing business with bitstamp, but here in LATAM, we have no other option!

Update:

My situation is finally solved.. It took longer than it should though..

Bitstamp credited those 400 USD rightfully.. It's a relief because i had some thoughts I lost that dough...

I still have to thank support for helping me out.. But BITSTAMP really need to speed things up....

Update:

it's been 90 HOURS I deposited 400 USD, USING ASTROPAY, and BITSTAMP still didn't fund it, or replied to my tickets or emails..

Everyday I wake up and check if:

- My MONEY GOT FUNDED
- THEY REPLIED TO MY TICKETS.

I have already made 3,050 USD AFTER that incident, and they are WORKING.

But my 400 USD is still missing.

I just Toped up more 1,200 USD worked nicely..

I just want my 400 USD funded!!

Just an Update..

I'm still waiting for my 400 USD to show up, as much as ANY ANSWER from support, either from ticket or email.. IT'S BEEN 72 HOURS in the dark..

Today I deposited 1000 USD and came through JUST FINE .. INSTANTLY.

LIKE I SAID.. Bitstamp is running totally on automated mode.. If you're lucky enough to have automatic working you're ok.. But I REPEAT.. if you run ANY PROBLEMS .. You are on you own.. Bitstamp turned into some kind of old-west...
9  Economy / Exchanges / Re: www.BITSTAMP.net Bitcoin exchange site for USD/BTC on: November 22, 2013, 12:18:21 PM
It's just passed 65 Hours and my 400 USD funds WERE NOT CREDITED, no response from tickets or emails.. The only thing you guys are REALLY DEALING with is something on automated mode, if you run any trouble with the payment (LIKE I DID), you'll get no response for DAYS, and might lose a lot of money...

400 USD may not seem that much, but it's prevented me from funding a lot more.. If bitstamp checked my account history they would see that i fund like 2,000.00 USD per day on a regular basis..

It's too much disrespect for people who gave money to them!
10  Economy / Exchanges / Re: www.BITSTAMP.net Bitcoin exchange site for USD/BTC on: November 21, 2013, 06:17:28 PM
47 Hours AND NO SINGLE ANSWER .. Maybe staff is rich and is spending money on the beach with cars, girls and so on... And wouldn't have 5 seconds to tweet or respond to tickets..

I'm pretty upset since I followed normal steps which I had always followed flawlessly and 47 HOURS and no single: "Ok, we're looking into it" - 5 simple words just to make sure we're not cattles

I have 400 USD stuck between 2 companies 48 hours ago: Astropaycard.com <-> Bistamp

It's been 43 Hours since I open the support ticket and only silence so far!! Can I get a little glance at the situation Bitstamp?
12  Economy / Exchanges / Re: www.BITSTAMP.net Bitcoin exchange site for USD/BTC on: November 20, 2013, 11:54:09 PM
Dear Hazek,

I submitted a support ticket since about 30 hours ago but not yet a single word from Bitstamp as we speak.

I use Astropay on a daily basis and I've been able to purchase HUGE AMOUNTS of bitcoin.. Enough to tell you than the system works absolutely fine and fast. But in the yesterday event when bistamp crashed, I had an ongoing transaction of 400 USD, and when ASTROPAY was returning successfully from my online banking to reach Bitstamp's Astropay API page to credit the fund, it just simply showed a page stating the information below and my funds were not credited!!

I have uploaded screenshots on the ticket but since it has about 30 hours I'm becoming worried of when would you release those funds to me. I'm NOT FUNDING any more (but I really needed to) just because I fear I could complicate things even more if I do.

I have already sent email to astropay with the same screens including order ID and probably they might also have tried to reach you internally to inform you some way that that token's been paid.

Sorry for my bad english..

BlockChain.info my wallet seems to be preventing users to send BTCs without fees..  even in customized send.. IF you try 0 fee.. It reports an error.. At least to me!
