Hi, I e-mailed support over 2 hours ago with no response and sent 1 btc over 3 hours ago with many confirmations. https://blockchain.info/tx/7e94faca2a527a3698d08a5ea8ff84dfa5f820579ca5d8a4954b9242b7a0142f Any idea what's up here?

I may have figured it out in adjusting it to "mBTC." That said any idea as to the length of time it typically takes to withdraw here? I noticed its manual but curious as to how long this will take.
