Tutaj masz wszystkie informacje: https://support.poloniex.com/hc/en-us/articles/360040600934-Level-1-Account-FAQ

We are taking time to upgrade existing unverified accounts to ensure the highest level of support and security possible for customers. While we cannot promise that your account will be upgraded to Level 1 at this moment, we will be gradually upgrading all unverified accounts over the next few months. We will reach out to you through your Poloniex account email address when your account has been upgraded. Thanks for your patience in the meantime.
ale rok czekania to już za długo.
Musiałeś czekać, pisać do supportu, czy jak to zrobiłeś?
3  Economy / Exchanges / Re: WEX.nz on: July 16, 2018, 08:54:46 AM
conspiracy idea: how about this being just a plot to dump some coins at super high prices? Then the exchange goes back to normal and some people wtfpwnt themselves on trades. Because, why would they turn the exchange on and enable some withdrawals if they want to exit scam?
4  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Need Help with Poloniex Account! on: May 30, 2018, 11:41:38 AM
I need some help with my situation, maybe some of you can help me?

I had a legacy Poloniex account with 8k in it. All of sudden, they require you to verify your account, otherwise you cannot access your money. Well I tried to verify but they won't allow it because I live in New York State!

So how can I get verified because I have an address in NYS and I can't get access to my money... does anyone have anyone ideas?

I don't think that this is anything new. New York has been listed as a restricted state since last year: https://poloniex.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/1000252758. So you shouldn't be able to verify your account.

I would personally suggest contacting support about this issue. Ask them if they are able to allow you to withdraw after going through the verification process, so that you can get your money and abandon the account.

That is your only chance. In the ToS, it clearly states that by using their service you are not a resident of the restricted states. However, they should still be able to give you your balance back.
This would be only the last resort for OP to be made where he would really need to explain and somehow beg or asked on how to get out those funds inspite on being a citizen of those restricted countries. There wont really be any chance for it to be re-access but the last option would be account abandon but it would really be unfair if they hold those funds together with the account. These kind of situations would really have corresponding solutions and only admins can really able to give instructions. You would really hope for consideration.
However, most of the exchange sites they don't allow to give the funds out without verification so I think the only thing that he can do right now is to verify his account with government ID or anything that Poloniex required so that they can fully out the funds from the exchange site without a problem.

I think this is the reason why Poloniex is collecting a personal data and verification it is because of GDPR and it's already started last May 25, 2018 I received this on email and also, I read this article from here Yes, The GDPR Will Affect Your U.S.-Based Business

And also other countries are affected by this new rules and if they don't follow the new policy they should pay the fines up to $2 million.

So this is I think the reasons why they are now asking for personal data and verification.

I really doubt the GDPR requires any entity to collect additional data or to demand more from your customers. It's about more strict and unified rules about handling the personal data that you already hold and process.

What Poloniex is now doing is a blatant scam - lots of people don't want to verify their accounts, it was supposed to be anonymous crypto-crypto exchange. There should be an option for everyone to disagree to their new rules change - to withdraw all coins and close the account. What Poloniex does now is just theft.
5  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Poloniex Verification issues on: May 30, 2018, 11:36:49 AM
Has anybody gone through their entire verification in the last couple days? I would greatly appreciate if someone described the whole process, what do they require in steps, or just link to a post that describes it somewhere (I couldn't find)
6  Bitcoin / Armory / Re: Can see correct total BTC for each wallet - but can't see individual addresses on: October 20, 2016, 04:36:54 PM
Have you tried unchecking "Hide Change" in the wallet window?

I think I have a similar problem. My wallets sync and check correctly, all transactions show, total balances are ok, but when I open wallet properties I only see a couple addresses which balances don't add up to the wallets' total.

I panicked when I thought I screwed up something with my backup and lost a lot of coins. But it seems they are still there, just hidden somehow.

It's of course 0.94.1, fresh install, doesn't matter if expert mode or not. Restarting doesn't help. I just can't see my change addresses anywhere, except for the Coin Control UI when I want to Send coins. So no more panic.

But it's still an annoyance.
In Wallet Properties there's that tick box "Hide change", but ticking or unticking it does nothing. Is it a known bug or a feature?
7  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If one day BTC cannot be traded for cash, what will you do? on: August 29, 2016, 08:49:24 PM
Thread makes no sense  Embarrassed  Embarrassed

What in the world could make BTC untreadeable for cash? And how in that kind of scenario would it be tradeable for anything else at all? How would then anybody want to or be able to still buy them on say purse.io (so you can spend them)?

This thread makes no sense...

Is it about the market price going straight to $0? That's only possible if there's nobody that would want to pay a penny just to own a record in the oldest blockchain.
Is it about some kind of law prohibiting fiat<->crypto exchanging? Then why would anyone accept it for goods or services at all? Are we assuming 100% of all humans on the entire planet would abide by this law and no black markets would emerge?
Is it about a hypothetical technological innovation/advancement that would be strictly better than Bitcoin in every possible way and not worse in any single way - something that would obsolete Bitcoin entirely and cause all miners to turn off their machines? Even then the old BTC would still retain some value as a collectible, even though it would require significant money to pay someone to run a miner and write a block.
Is it about a technological or environmental catastrophy that would break Bitcoin beyond any possible use? Global nuclear war? Massive worldwide neverending electromagnetic storm? Invention of a way to break into any computer from a sattelite and just delete all copies of the blockchain in existence?

Or is it about a scenario where you cannot trade BTC for cash because there's no cash other than BTC - that case would be epic win.

You need to be more specific with the doom and gloom visions so we can discuss reasonable outcomes or rather convince you it's just impossible to happen.
8  Bitcoin / Armory / Armory update wipes all files of old version, wallets, configs, the blockchain.. on: January 18, 2016, 02:30:52 PM
It's the second time this happens to me. First time with 0.93.2 and now with 0.93.3.

I of course had my wallets backed up but I'm now facing the need to download the entire 55GB blockchain because the updater (armory_0.93.3_winAll.exe ran on win7 64bit) starts with deleting all the files in the chosen installation location right before installing the new version... I don't think it's supposed to work this way and it surely didn't in the past versions. What could be causing this behavior and why can't I find anybody else reporting this problem?

Can this be somehow related to the fact I had my Bitcoin Core and it's datadir moved to \Armory\datadir ? (I had to because the default system drive is too small for the blockchain and I believe I followed an official guide when setting this up).

By the way, what's an easy and recommended way to undelete that one 55GB blockchain file?
9  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Banned in Russia on: February 07, 2014, 04:12:22 PM
If Bitcoin is really banned in Russia how come such a large Russian company as WebMoney (webmoney.ru) is still using bitcoins? They still allow deposits to and withdrawals from WMX (mBTC) with no change at all in the recent weeks.
10  Economy / Goods / Re: ۞ ۞ ۞=[Worldwide VISA Debit Card, Prepaid Card]=۞ ۞ ۞ on: January 04, 2014, 05:55:31 AM
I see copied images of different cards from different banks. Most (if not all) of them just copied from other sellers or auctions.
Which ones are you actually selling? What expiration date?
Better just show a proof picture (high res, with your nick and today's date on a piece of paper there)
11  Other / Off-topic / Re: Alex jones calls Bitcoin a "Bubble" & "Globalist NWO" Creation on: December 10, 2013, 10:45:49 AM
Alex should really be educated about what Open Source means and that because of that fact it is completely irrelevant who created Bitcoin - the creator has now no impact or relevance to the functioning of the system.
12  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin will one day be superseded by a technically superior NuCoin. What then? on: December 10, 2013, 07:57:46 AM
Oh, and what will happen to the Internet when the technically superior Internet2.0 will come?

Answer: Not everything has to be just replaced. Don't think of Bitcoin as if it was the MySpace of cryptocurrencies. Bitcoin doesn't have to be replaced by incoming innovations, instead it can incorporate them when needed. The protocol is already constantly getting upgrades, for example unlocking the block size cap or the 'm of n' transactions, or the incoming 'flexible fees' update.

Even the underlying encryption can be replaced if at some point in the future the current one becomes weak. It would introduce new kinds of addresses and users would simply transfer their BTC from old 1xxxxx addresses to new 2xxxxx addresses. It would happen on the same blockchain and wouldn't have any negative effect on the value of coins.

If something will replace Bitcoin in the future it won't just be another crypto-coin. It will have to be a completely new and groundbreaking invention.
13  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are bitcoins indestructible? on: December 06, 2013, 02:43:02 AM
Well, coins sent to an address for which nobody has the priv key are practically destroyed. That's because the day it becomes possible to recover these coins is the day the crypto that holds all the bitcoins becomes broken and all the coins everywhere become as good as destroyed.
14  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Don't panic, China is NOT banning bitcoin on: December 05, 2013, 12:29:23 PM
If it's not a big deal then why China Telecom dropped their BTC acceptance?

http://js.189.cn/w2014 - here they used to explain the bitcoin deal and how it works. Now no mention of bitcoin.
15  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Satoshi unmasked? on: December 04, 2013, 11:39:20 AM
Way to do the pumping! Professionals.

Problem is this type of pumping is exactly what creates speculative bubbles, not true value coming from fundamentals.

mBTC soon to reach dollar parity. Makes for quick and easy price understanding.
18  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: A plateau? on: October 01, 2013, 07:27:17 PM
As long as new hardware keeps being developed that's much better than previous generations we shouldn't see any plateau in any aspect of mining. Electricity cost doesn't matter much in the btc mining business as it's under 20% of the hardware cost.
19  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: MTGOX depositing on: October 01, 2013, 06:59:11 PM
search your transaction on http://blockchain.info and see if it has 6 confirmations. Mtgox requires 6 if I remember correctly.
20  Other / Beginners & Help / Long time lurker - got a bitcoin improvement idea on: October 01, 2013, 05:47:40 PM
so I finally made a forum account.

So after over 2 years of using btc I can finally say - Hello Bitcoin community!

Now I want to ask first - which section of the forum would be the best to post my idea so that experts/devs see it and comment on it? I'm sure it's not here Wink

It's not a strictly technical idea but something that would require action from the community to succeed, so I think about posting it in the general Bitcoin discussion forum. Am I right with it?
