1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Impossible to Buy GPUS on: February 01, 2018, 10:31:11 AM
It is so funny that all GPUs worldwide are sold out or so expensive, that nearly nobody will buy them...
WTF is happening Smiley Nowadays you can make more money by selling your rig(s) then the rig(s) can mine ^^
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: First week of mining on: February 01, 2018, 10:06:11 AM
Because today its another noob bashing day I have another one for you:
http://lmgtfy.com/?q=ethos+gpu+overclocking

But come on, you don't can think that you can build a rig and keeps it running without any searching.
First of all search for your own and them if you realy have problems you can ask specific questions about your problem, and then you get help in here. But nobody will make a guide for every new member which has no idea what he is doing!
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Yeston GPU manufacturer on: February 01, 2018, 09:55:55 AM
Never heared about them, maybe this company uses second or third choice chips for their cards. So they will not be as performant then others, but I say maybe! So if you can get one cheap I would simply try it out and let us now Smiley Maybe some other people here in the forum have some experiences with these kind of cards?!
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Claymore's Dual Ethereum AMD+NVIDIA GPU Miner v10.6 (Windows/Linux) on: February 01, 2018, 09:47:28 AM
So just in case somebody want to mine with their rig ETH only on two different pools, here is the content of my batch file (start_eth_nanopool_noobpool.bat):

Code:
setx GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 0
setx GPU_MAX_HEAP_SIZE 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_SINGLE_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
start "" "EthDcrMiner64.exe" -epool noobpool.com:8008 -ewal 0x0cdb48b05f63b3d3f351523eb7e757e9c640518a -epsw x -eworker rig1 -ftime 10 -mode 1 -r 1 -dcri 1,1,1 -cclock 1200,1100,1200 -cvddc 885,890,875 -mclock 2100,2100,2150 -mvddc 885,885,875 -tt 57,57,57 -fanmin 42,42,42 -tstop 78,78,78 -di 012 -altnum 2
timeout /t 10 /nobreak
start "" "EthDcrMiner64.exe" -epool eth-eu1.nanopool.org:9999 -ewal 0x0cdb48b05f63b3d3f351523eb7e757e9c640518a.rig1/email -epsw x -ftime 10 -mode 1 -r 1 -dcri 1,1,1,1 -cclock 1200,1200,1200,1200 -cvddc 875,875,875,875 -mclock 2100,2100,2100,2150 -mvddc 895,908,899,875 -tt 57,57,57,57 -fanmin 42,42,42,42 -tstop 78,78,78,78 -di 3456 -altnum 2 -mport 3334

This batch-file gets started from Windows 10 Autostart.
The first 3 GPUs are used to mine on noobpool (no mining fees but high transmission fees!!) and the other 4 GPUs are used to mine on nanopool (also take care if you use this pool).
The command timeout /t 10 /nobreak waits for 10 seconds before the second instance gets opened.

Another thing you have to take care about are the risers. I bought 6 "YIKESHU" Risers (blue, 6-Pin-PCI-E on the riser)  from Amazon and there are all crap! One out of these 6 was completely defect. But the other produce massive problems during the mining. All GPUs where I used these riser, got randomly stuck during the mining. After I changed all of these "YIKESHU" riser to "Ptsaying" risers, the GPUs don't produce errors any more and I was also able to let the GPU run faster with less voltage with these new riser.
So if you got massive problems, the first thing you should do is down-clock your GPUs a bit and if this will not help, you must change your risers! Risers which also work fine in my rig are the "ELEGIANT" risers which I also got from amazon.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / WARNING: Nanopool - No more SIA mining there. on: February 01, 2018, 09:05:32 AM
Around 2-3 weeks ago Nanopools SIA-Mining-Pool has stopped working. They do not pay the miniers anymore but anyway, there are a lot of miners/workers (22356) right now who only mine for nanopool and don't get any siacoins for the mining.
They do not even inform anybody about this! So be carefull and do not mine there anymore. I do also my ETH mining there but it will be better to switch to another ETH pool! To much strange things are happening on Nanopool these days.
So be warned and have a look at the stats and then immidiately switch to another SIA pool and maybe also to another ETH pool as well.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Tokens (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO LIVE]PECULIUM - First Saving System in Crypto Driven by AI on: January 25, 2018, 12:33:05 PM
Hey one question, what happens if I do not claim the tokens before January the 28th. Are they lost from that date?
7  Economy / Trading Discussion / Again all coins to the moon! on: January 20, 2018, 03:00:32 PM
And it is happening again, the last minutes the coins are again going to the moon! That is realy craizy ...
So don't buy now! Wait for the drop!
8  Local / Mining (Deutsch) / Re: Hashrate ist recht low --> ethminer on: January 20, 2018, 12:01:49 PM
EthDcrMiner64.exe -epool noobpool.com:8008 -ewal <Your_Ethereum_Address> -epsw x -eworker <RigName> -dcoin sia -dpool stratum+tcp://sia-eu1.nanopool.org:7777 -dwal <Your_Sia_Address>/<RigName>/<Your_E_Mail> -dpsw x -ftime 10 -r 1 -dcri 20,20,20,20,20,20,20 -cclock 1200,1100,1200,1130,1050,1100,1200 -cvddc 875,890,875,900,900,900,875 -mclock 2100,2100,2150,2100,1950,2100,2150 -mvddc 885,885,875,895,908,899,875 -tt 57,57,57,57,57,57,57 -fanmin 42,42,42,42,42,42,42 -tstop 78,78,78,78,78,78,78

9  Local / Trading und Spekulation / Re: Binance / Registrierung on: January 20, 2018, 11:00:29 AM
10  Local / Mining (Deutsch) / Re: Strompreis bei gewerbeanmeldung? on: January 20, 2018, 10:35:43 AM
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If you had $50, what would you invest in? on: January 19, 2018, 11:32:19 PM
I also think 50$ is good for some ICO, because I did just the same and invested in the CCRB ICO https://ccrb.io/affiliate/211702
But you have to choose what your feelings are saying to you Smiley
13  Local / Mining (Deutsch) / Re: Welches Netzteil? on: January 18, 2018, 11:05:27 PM
Naja kommt drauf an.

14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: My RX580 Benchmarking and Results: 30.5Mh/s @ 77.5W (+ 1130MH/s Dcr w/ 125W) on: January 15, 2018, 11:10:48 AM
You seriously using this parameters?
1150/850
2150/875

Because 850mV for the core is quite low at this speed, also 875mV for the mem with 2150 is also quite low.
Are you sure you are not getting HW errors, I mean don't look at HWiNFO64 because it is not showing all errors.
I had also no errors with HWiNFO64 but the cards stopped working from time to time without showing some errors in the HWiNFO64  software.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: RX580 Sapphire Nitro+ Micron Memory Bad BIOS Modding Perhaps? on: January 14, 2018, 10:56:09 AM
It is not as much the bios mod that makes your problems, more it is your configuration of the miner. You have to do some undervolting of your gpu clock and mem. If you do no undervolting, your cards need a lot of current! You can do undervolting directly with the miner software or with tools like OverdriveNTool, but you have to keep in mind, that if you run several tools which controll your gpu core and mem clock settings, they influence each other and that makes big problems!
16  Local / Mining (Deutsch) / Re: Stabilitätsprobleme mit ASRock H81 BTC Pro und 6. GPU on: January 14, 2018, 10:48:36 AM
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: How many GPU's would you go for when getting a custom rig frame built? on: January 13, 2018, 11:50:00 PM
Card15 Card16 Card17 Card18 Card19 Card20 Card21
----------------------------------------------------
Card 8 Card 9 Card 10 Card 11 Card 12 Card 13 Card14
----------------------------------------------------
Card 1 Card 2 Card  3 Card   4 Card   5 Card 6 Card 7
----------------------------------------------------
PSU1/SSD              MAINBOARD              PSU2
----------------------------------------------------

So look at this and make it modular!
If someone has 7PCIE-ports they use just the two lower layers.
If someone needs 7 more GPUs they can put a second frame on the first and fix them together (layer 3).
If someone needs another 7 more GPUs they put another frame onto the second frame and fix them together (layer4).

Maybe this idea will help you Cheesy
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: How important is the internet connection on: January 13, 2018, 11:36:19 PM
I think this really depends on your hardware and how good the wifi connection is. If you have a stable and strong wifi connection I think there should not be a problem, because normaly the wifi connection is much faster then the internet connection. If your rig is far away from your router it will be better to use a cabled connection even if the cable is 40m long Smiley

And be carefull with these wifi-usb-sticks. It seams for me, that nowadays a lot of sticks out there are really crappy and often loose connection to the router, it is hard to find some really good ones. Same with some router brands, I bought a lot of new and different models the last year and these didn't worked well. So I switched back to the good old wrt54(gl) with openwrt and ddwrt on them and didn't have any problem Smiley

But of course if you can easily connect a cable from your router to your rig, choose the cable not the wifi!
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: My RX580 Benchmarking and Results: 30.5Mh/s @ 77.5W (+ 1130MH/s Dcr w/ 125W) on: January 13, 2018, 11:16:52 PM
So I also got a Rig running with 7x Sapphire RX580 Nitro + 8GB
5x with Micron Mem and
2x with Samsung/Hynix [GPU1 and GPU5[ (why are 2 Mem's on one card?)
Windows 10
Blockchain Driver
PCIE0+PCIe1 Gen1

The bios for all gpus are patched with PolarisBiosEditor166 One-Click-Patch!
Read and written with newest WinAtiFlash.

The command line to start Claymore looks like this:
EthDcrMiner64.exe -epool eth-eu1.nanopool.org:9999 -ewal WALLET_ADDRESS.rig1/EMAIL -epsw x -dcoin sia -dpool stratum+tcp://sia-eu1.nanopool.org:7777 -dwal WALLET_ADDRESS/rig1/EMAIL -dpsw x -ftime 10 -dcri 20,20,20,20,20,20,20 -cclock 1200,1160,1200,1180,1160,1180,1200 -cvddc 875,885,875,880,885,885,875 -mclock 2150,2100,2150,2150,2120,2100,2150 -mvddc 875,885,875,875,885,889,875 -tt 57,57,57,57,57,57,57 -fanmin 42,42,42,42,42,42,42 -tstop 78,78,78,78,78,78,78

I get a complete Hashrate of 209MH/s ETH and 4150 MH/s SIA with a power consumtion of 1150W from the wall.
ETH: GPU0 30.355 Mh/s, GPU1 30.056 Mh/s, GPU2 30.396 Mh/s, GPU3 30.398 Mh/s, GPU4 29.679 Mh/s, GPU5 28.629 Mh/s, GPU6 30.388 Mh/s

The fans are running at around 50% and the temperatur of the GPUs is around 48-52°C so I think this is not bad at all.

I think I have to tweak the Core and Mem settings (clock and voltage) a little bit more, so I can decrease the power consumption maybe by 50W but I didn't think I get that RIG under 1100W.
20  Local / Mining (Deutsch) / Re: Stromspartipps beim Mining? on: January 13, 2018, 12:15:47 PM
