Bit of a noob here so help me out - what exactly is being done in the mining process? I thought the point of DAG coins was to not have miners, and that they weren't even needed. So what is the purpose of miners in this system?

Assuming this thing can take off, the distribution scheme is possibly the worst idea and is as far as possible from your initial posts of wanting a fair distribution. Whales will form pretty quick - and then this market will be manipulated like just about every other crypto at the moment.

Felix, do you not think it is fair for people to make those claims without proof? After all, you are asking for donations without proof of anything. If the project is real and making progress, then it doesn't matter how much FUD people spread because a working project like this would be a winner regardless.
